Pros:

Espaçoso desde o apartamento até o estacionamento

Tamanho e limpeza do quarto. Cheiro e temperatura também.

Tinha uma batata no corredor. Claro que acontece, mas deixo aqui o comentário para olharem pra isso. Dedetização deve ser constante.

Faltou um criado mudo de um dos lados da cama
A agua que cai do chuveiro é muito espalhada, dificulta o banho- acho que uma limpeza no chuveiro resolve esse problema
