I won't repeat what others have said about the dodgy neighbourhood or inadequate pillows this has all been dismissed previously by management as surjective. My issue was that it was dirty. The room hadn't been cleaned and when I reported it they came and mopped the floor but didn't clean anything else. The plates and cutlery were all dirty and the dishwasher full of grease and old food. On the third night the air conditioner developed a loud rattle and then the roller blinds stopped working limiting our access to the balcony. The place has been fitted out cheaply and things just cannot keep up with the wear and tear.
I reported all of this before making this public review and got the usual management response along with a kind offer of a discount if I was to return. Why would you come back when it wasn't good the first time.?You also need wifi to operate everything including opening your door but their connection is poor and frequently drops out leaving you straddled. Had issues with their App too and the only way to speak with someone is to have a local SIM. Not convenient when you are travelling and using WhatsApp, I had to borrow someone's phone to get access to my room.
My advice read all the reviews and decide for yourself. It might suit some but if you are a tourist visiting it won't leave you with a good impression of what is otherwise a nice city to visit.

We didn’t quite understand how the ventilation in the bathroom works and at times it was pretty loud. With the bathroom door closed it wasn’t such a big deal.

Das Öffnen der Eingangstür und der Zimmertür über die App war nicht ganz klar. Zum Glück waren andere Gäste da, die es mir zeigen konnten. Es gab auch niemanden vom Personal, den man hätte fragen können oder eine Telefonnummer bei Problemen.

Stad ab 16.00 habe ich 40min. Gewartet auf mein zimmer.
Eigeblich haben die gepuzt! Abe wi ich entl8ch darf auf mein Zimmer gehen,waren die spigel verschmiert und Backofen schmuzig.Also was haben die 40min. Gemacht?

Anzitutto l'accesso unicamente via internet, in una struttura con così tante stanze qualcuno potrebbe essere presente. Pensavo di trovare delle tessere magnetiche all'interno dell'appartamento, invece niente, ogni volta bisogna accedere solo con telefono: considerando che i treni in Baviera non hanno le prese per la ricarica, se il telefono si scarica si rimane fuori! Ho atteso 24 ore che mi portassero le lenzuola del divano letto, inconcepibile, poi volevo segnalare che il pavimento era pieno di polvere, il che mi ha stupito! Consiglio di lasciare informazioni sul funzionamento del forno e per chi ne avesse bisogno anche del televisore, non tutti ne hanno padronanza. Struttura valida, ma suggerisco maggiore attenzione ai clienti, che sono persone! Non posso dare colpa alla struttura se le persone sopra di noi fumavano, buttando la cenere sul nostro davanzale.

Единственное что не понравилось, как ночью гудел кондиционер . В остальном все отлично . Многие жалуются на систему заселения (все электронно). У нас с этим проблем никаких не было .
