Pros:

Zimmer waren soweit sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Der check in hatte absolut nicht geklappt.
Im einen Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht mehr aus, und im anderen ging sie nicht.

cofortable and cosy
Pros:

confortable, very easy self check in on phone with app to unlock doors. room was spacious, quiet and bed was verry good. AC was very usefull as it was very hot outside. Hotel is well placed, close to center and train station

Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist gut. Den Online Check-in finde ich persönlich etwas umständlich, er hat bisher aber immer funktioniert. Lage zum Hbf (rückseitig) fußläufig.

Cons:

Am Montag, 29. Juni, hat die Klimaanlage im Zimmer 101 nicht funktioniert. Ich hatte genau aus diesem Grund diese Unterkunft gebucht. Als ich abends um 22.30 Uhr im Zimmer ankam, waren 29 Grad im Zimmer. Hatte beide Fenster die ganze Nacht sperrangelweit auf, trotzdem am nächsten Morgen 27,5 Grad im Zimmer.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage und Klimatisiert

Cons:

Leider hat der Check in nicht funktioniert, somit war es nicht möglich in die Tiefgarage einzufahren, Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind auch nicht wirklich vorhanden, nach 20minütigem Telefonat ging es plötzlich allerdings teilte der Mitarbeiter am anderen Emde mit dass er da auch nichts machen könnte, mit 30min Verzögerung gesamt konnten wir dann aufs Zimmer, hier wurde es mit der Reinigung eher nicht so genau genommen, sowohl im Bad wie auch im Wohnbereich.

Modernes Hotel mit funktionalen kleinen Apartments aber albtraumhafter Tiefgarage
Pros:

Modern und funktional eingerichtet, wir hatten ein Apartment mit Küchenzeile. Dort gibt es eine Mini-Spülmaschine im Schrank, juhu! Außerdem Senseo-Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Backofen, Wasserkocher.
Ein Baby-Reisebett wurde uns kostenlos bereitgestellt, super Service. Telefonisch war immer zügig jemand erreichbar.
Bei 39 Grad draußen war die Klimaanlage außerdem Gold wert. Leider ist sie in der letzten Nacht ausgefallen.

Cons:

Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Nichts Ekeliges aber viel Staub unter dem Bett, dem Schlafsofa und auf den Fußzeilen. Mit krabbelndem Baby sieht man das natürlich direkt.

Großen Punktabzug gibt es für die Horror-Tiefgarage. Super enge Einfahrt, super enger Weg nach unten, winzige Stellplätze, sehr niedrige Decke. Wir haben unseren Kofferraum an den Stellplätzen mit Ladesäule geöffnet und der ist oben an die Decke gestoßen. An den anderen Stellplätzen kann man eingeparkt hinten nicht mehr aussteigen oder Baby ausladen, da Säulen im Weg.
Mit SUV und tausend Sensoren kein Spaß und überhaupt nicht zeitgemäß, sehr unkomfortabel. Dafür noch 15 €/Nacht ist echt frech.

Value for money, comfortable and easily accessible
Pros:

The rooms are fully equipped with everything needed for a shorter or a longer stay. The AC works perfectly and makes your stay convenient. The bed is large and the bathroom is clean and minimal. The location is great just a few meters away from the central train station. The staff is not on spot but the communication is super easy and they answer really quickly. The internet is fast and the hotel works remotely in a great way.

Cons:

The ground floor studios are a bit noisy, but it’s pretty normal.
