Pros:

Location is superb, contactless check-in is efficient, and the team communicates clearly and in time. I have had no issues whatsoever with them

Only the sink was not too clean despite everything else being perfect.

Super Aufenthalt, immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist neu und hat eine angenehme Dusche. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man benötigt. Man bekommt sogar eine Küchenrolle. Die Ausstattung reicht um sich Kleinigkeiten zu kochen. Sehr gut war auch das einchecken mittels Türcodes über eine App. Klappt perfekt. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Waschraum. Die Lage ist klasse. Man geht nur zirka 9 min zu Fuß zum HBF und hatte viele Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch an Sonn.- und Feiertagen. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich. Auf Anfrage hat man alles erhalten was man braucht.

Cons:

Leider war das Appartement nicht sehr sauber. Der Boden hatte überall Dreck und die Spiegel waren nicht geputzt. Der Kontakt zum ET funktionierte sehr gut und schnell. Uns wurde dann Angeboten dass Zimmer nochmals zu reinigen.

Es ist sauber und freundliches Personal.
Preis Leistung ist top .
Wie kommen immer wieder zu euch weil man sich so wohl und Zuhause fühlt .
Vor allem haben wir den Check-out bisschen verschwitzt und das Personal wahr total freundlich hat uns in Ruhe alles erledigen lassen.

Cons:

Tv senza canali digitali, nessun canale italiano, cuscini troppo morbidi e materasso non comodo e stretto per 2 persone. Check in un po macchinoso.

Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr gut, modern, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, einer schönen Terrasse es fehlte an nix. Man sollte nur wissen, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und alles über die Handy APP erledigt werden kann. Für uns kein Problem, da dieses Vorgehen auch super erklärt wird und keine Fragen mehr offen lässt. Man muss nur über ein Smartphone verfügen. Notfall Telefonnummern sind vorhanden, aber wir haben diese nicht gebraucht, ich kann die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen, da auch die Lage hervorragend ist 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Altstadt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Dobrá poloha s ohledem na dostupnost centra,obchody ,restaurace a metro vše blízko. Parkování bez problémů o víkendu na ulici u budovy.
