The hotel was very close to the venue of my meeting

Cons:

Basic utilities you would expect in hotel in such a prime tourist location were not available. You cannot make a cup of tea in your room because no kettle or beverages were provided. The hotel will tell you to pay to get a cup of tea. Not even a bottle of water was provided as complimentary. These are simple things that hotels without any rating provide.

Quarto muito confortável. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Funcionários impacientes. Qualquer comodidade a parte é cobrada. Queríamos pedir tacas de vinho e cobraram 10 reais cada risos. Balde de gelo +50 reais.
