Pros:

Generally the cleanliness is OK. u said parking provided but never mentioned that , we ned to pay hourly charge for MPSP. Its public parking actually. Please advice the customer actually , Parking fine will u bear the cost ?

Cons:

No mineral water provided , Bathroom deplorable condition & no cupboard at all. Price deal RM66 but charging was RM71.00 , hidden charges it seems

The location is ok.. nearby shop .. got parking near by..

Cons:

Facilities in room.. toilet got something smelly.. need to put some toilet freshener.. for bed is old and not comfortable.. same goes to pillow .. got stain on bed sheets also.. for blanket not enough to used.. small one for 2 person and for 1 person also.. when sleep got itchy on body.. need more improvement
