Bad experience at Mornings Hotel SP

I arrived on 2/4/2026 and I was shocked to see my room. I arrived at 7pm and the room was not to what I expected as in the photos from Booking.com. The beds were on the floor, towels were small and dirty, mattresses were hard, pillows were soggy, blankets were small, no water pitcher to take water from the water machine outside, only 2 plastic cups were given. Horrible hotel! Seriously this hotel was in a bad condition and the hotel gave me the room that was not sold to others. No window! I had nightmare at this hotel. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I had bad experience. I do not recommend people to stay here. Lousy service.

Parking: pay for street parking weekday 8-5
Bed: suitable for youngster, if old people that has knee problem might not suitable cause the bed was lower than my knee.
Towel: please have a new one
Mirror: for women was important, improvise it better choose functionality rather for decoration.
