Pros:

Buen desayuno, hotel muy bien en general. Atencion excelnte dd Oscar Macias y Pink!!la
La ubicación para traslados o realizar visitars muy bien

Cons:

Solo a tener mejora con las veces que se hace aseo a la habitación para estadías largas (es cada 3 días).
La zona es como cualquier Down town.

Was initially really impressed by the decor and amenities but excitement quickly got shot down by the unhelpful and cold
Pros:

Cool decor and ambience, nice amenities. Male staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Cons:

Female staff were at times rude and unhelpful. Had air conditioning that did not cool at all, and went to the female staff for assistance but she shrugged her shoulders.
