Pros:

We liked everything at this hotel. It lived up to standards and even exceeded the average Swiss hotel standard (hotel's in Switzerland tend to be a bit run down or dated, but not this one). Good value for money at this price point. The breakfast was a buffet with enough options to also fulfill dietary requirements.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like. The toilet and shower are in a glass cabinet inside the room which might not be to everyone's taste if you prefer more privacy. However, there is a curtain to cover the glass panel in the shower.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Hotel is located in a yard, signs outside on the street would be recommended (there are signs when you go into the alley). Hotel looks very nice, staff is very helpful. Breakfast was very very nice. Room was quiet, clean and nice. A chair could be added - to put your bag or jacket etc.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of see-through doors to toilet, especially next to the bed. Little more privacy would be nice. Even if travelling alone, I do not want to have the pillow next to the toilet door

Great hotel in Geneva
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel in a great location by the lake, access to trams and boats. Breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious with a great shower !
We had a free taxi from Booking .com which was a lovely bonus. We got a taxi back to the airport which was 38 Francs.
Weather was fabulous.
All staff were super friendly and knew lots about the sights and local restaurants.

Cons:

Got lost a couple of times in the dark corridors

Comfy beds, great decor, terrific staff, great location but noisy.
Pros:

Informal nature of hotel and interesting decor. Excellent breakfast and very clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately building works opposite in the middle of the night disturbed our sleep. We complained and had a room change. Hotel is above a shopping mall and there is noise from people in the mall at night. Wooden bed frames protrude into room and are easily knocked causing bruises. Hot water geysers in the corridors are of questionable design being either difficult to operate or creating scalding splashes - beware.
