Pros:

Great hotel in good location for exploring central Geneva. Really lovely roof terrace bar. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, letting us check in early was very much appreciated after an early morning flight. The bed was so comfortable, the best night sleep we had out of 5 hotels we stayed in Switzerland that week.

Cons:

Only small thing, we didn't receive the free Geneva travel card until check in, which meant we paid for train from airport

Pros:

Moderne Zimmer und schöner Innenausbau. Rooftop Lounge und Reception auf Dachebene.

Cons:

Wir haben auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Es hätte 35 Fr. pro Person gekostet. 70 Fr. für ein Frühstück zu zweit im Hotel ist für uns absolut unangemessen.

Nice location. Comfortable beds. The hotel generally is a bit dark.

The hotel was in a great location and walkable to all attractions.

Cons:

The hotel generally is dark and difficult to find. Once we found it, we realized is was in a good location. It is set in the middle of shopping area and doesn't have a typical hotel front. I don't really like the bathroom concept because I like to keep a light on in the bathroom at night and if you do, the rest of the room get the light. I like the accessible rooms because the bathroom is a separate room.

Lovely hotel but too warm over night
Pros:

The hotel is excellently placed, clean and stylish throughout. The staff were excellent

Cons:

Booking.com advertises the property as having air conditioning in the rooms - there is no AC. They operate an air cooler which has no temperature control other than “warm” or “cool” but it made no noticeable change to the temperature. The staff did look at the unit for us and told us this was operating as expected and was not air conditioning

Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der Innenstadt und das Bett empfand ich als bequem. Der Barbereich mit sehr schönem Balkon im Dachgeschoss ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Gar nicht gefallen haben mir die dunklen, labyrinthartigen Flure. Die schwarzen Wände und dunklen Teppiche wirken nicht einladend. Auch die digitale Anmeldung an der Rezeption gefiel mir nicht. Man fühlt sich trotz grundsätzlich freundlichem Personal nicht auf Anhieb willkommen. Ausserdem gab es im Zimmer keine Kaffeemaschine; die "Miniküche" im Flur war nicht einladend mit dem Wasserhahn, der kochendes Wasser liefert. Insgesamt viel Marketing und wenig echte Qualität.

Muy céntrico cerca de la zona de la vielle ville
El personal muy joven y simpáticos
La decoración muy chula
Transporte Bus 10 directo de aeropuerto a hotel y al revés!!

Cons:

Único que el servicio atención telefónica es solo en inglés cuando llamas a hotel!
Y no me enviaron la tarjeta de transporte 24h antes de mi llegada y tuve que pagar el transporte desde aeropuerto al centro.
