Başıma çok büyük bor kaza geldi otel ihmali yüzünden

Tesisin konumu çok merkezi, Old Town'a ve tramvay'a 5-6 dakika uzaklıkta, otel temizdi.

Cons:

Otel odamızdaki cam tuvalet kapısı birden yerinden çıkıp üstüme düştü, ben tuvalet tarafında küçük kızım oda tarafında kaldı, kapıyı tutarken otel görevlilerine cep telefonumdan ulaşmaya çalıştım ama Maalesef otel lobisine telefonla ulaşılamıyor, sitedeki hat kullanım dışı, 20 dakika kapıyı üzerimize düşmesin diye tutarken, en son bir hamleyle kaldırıp çıkacak kadar kenara itmesem, kızım ağlarken çaresiz ağır cam kapıyı taşımak zorunda kalacaktım kim bilir ne kadar, kapıyı dış kapı ve bir sandalye arasına sıkıştırıp eşyalarımız içeride kapıyı açık bırakıp lobiye gidip durumu anlattım, kapı küçük kızımın ya da benim üstüme düşüp paramparça olabilirdi o da biz de, verilmiş sadakamız varmış herhalde, Allah korudu, tamir ekibi geldi, görevliler geldi bize soğuk su, voucher verip bizi upgrade edip büyük bir odaya aldılar ama başımıza kaza gelse ne yapacaktık, kızım da ben de çok korktuk, bir otelin resepsiyonuna ulaşlacak bir numara nasıl olmazzzz!!! İnanılmaz bir ihmal ve yeni bir otel, odalar çok küçük zaten, dolap yok, terlik yok, su yok, çay vs. yapmak için kettle yok🤦‍♀️

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and a well laid out room
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us extra hangers as we had both a leisure and business trip so lots of different clothes! Roof top was a lovely touch with good food and cocktails

Cons:

Only a small point - the room was very well designed but it is on the smaller side due to Geneva being a more expensive city. With this in mind having a bed base with sharp edges leads to a good few bruises throughout our trip

Great for a short stay in the centre
Pros:

Really great location, nice bar, good breakfast. The room was small but was perfect for what we wanted and there was a balcony too. The decor was really cool and in keeping with the theme. We would definitely go back.

Cons:

Nothing major but a coffee machine in the room would have been nice as would a bedside table on both sides of the bed. Putting my phone on the floor in the night wasn't ideal as I was worried about standing on it.

More information on how to work air con, tea and coffee was a long way away. Most of the staff were exceptional but one female was not.
