Nice spot in Geneva center!
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room and nice breakfast/relaxing area.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that it’s in an « arcade », it’s a bit weird at night. Breakfast is good but the choice is a bit too limited for me to call it « exceptional ».

I am a repeat guest at that hotel.
Pros:

Value for money and the bar upstairs. It is great that it is open through the night.

Pros:

L emplacement est idéal pour visiter Geneve et pour des rendez vous d affaires

Cons:

Les sanitaires dans la chambre, le lavabo dans l entrée de la chambre. La douche qui s ouvre sur les WC.
Le lit était à 30cm du mur et de la télévision laissant un passage trop étroit pour passer.

Very comfortable hotel, with nice big rooms. The air conditioning was very good! Great location in Geneva - very easy to get to from the train station.

The staff seemed helpful. I like the location, the layout and the decor.

Cons:

They did not send us the Geneva Travel Card in advance. Also, there was no free coffee machine in the rooms or on the floors.

Good location and poor service
Pros:

Location is great and facilities

Cons:

I stayed for two nights, and during my entire stay, my room was never cleaned. The towels were not replaced, and there was no complimentary water replenished.

The front desk also forgot to send me the Geneva Pass by email. Even after requesting it a second time, I still didn’t receive it and had to go back to the reception in person.

Although the restaurant is open 24 hours, the menu is extremely limited, and the breakfast selection is equally disappointing.

Overall, the hotel fell well below expectations in terms of service and attention to details. Do not expect too much.
