comfortable place, nice people around

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and simple. Was the perfect location for the night before our flight. The price was great too. Obviously you can hear airplanes above as it's right near the airport, but it was not that bad.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great price.

Cons: Location is pretty difficult to reach by public transit, especially late at night. Bathroom door has a gap and no lock. Shower door has a gap at the bottom which allows water to leak onto the bathroom floor while showering.

Staff courteous

The room was good enough for one night between flight. Dont be too tall has the bathroom is small.
All the staff were super nice, smily and polite, from the check-in, later to help us with some questions and the next day for check out and easy to leave some luggage.

Rooms were very small

Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe. All was clean. Basic service, no frills but good value.

Hotel was clean, as was my room. Typical European hotel in terms of size of room etc.

Paid for breakfast but eggs, fruit were not available until around 8:30 and to late to get any. Feel fee was too high for what was offered. Also a hair dryer and glass in bath would be nice.

The AC was not working well

This place is a gem in Paris. Conveniently located near the airport and by result close to the train lines going into the city.
The staff was very warm and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay.
The rooms were nicely laid out and very clean. I love the modern vibe of the hotel and the sustainability approach they encourage is top notch.

Very basic / a place to sleep is all

I had a very bad experience, my flight was delayed, we left the airport to the hotel around 12 am and when we arrived there was no access to the hotel due to repairs on the street, the taxi driver tried to go around for more than 20 minutes, then we had to walk, check in is by yourself, but the key was never programmed, a person from the hotel helped us by opening the room door with a master key, but they never gave us a key to the room.

A lot better than expected and quite an excellent option for an overnight or early flight from Charles de Gaulle. Very clean and in good condition.

I wish the staff was nicer. There was one lady that was really nice but I said BONJOUR to a man and a woman and the woman didn’t say anything to me. Maybe it’s a French thing. Or it could be that maybe I’m of a specific complexion.

It is a newish property with great proximity to the airport. The staff are very nice. The only downside is that there is an unexplainable odour in the room.

The room was very small we dont even know where to place luggages. No fresh towels given in the room
everyday, toilet at the main floor has no water/no flush, no shampoo in the shower, no one checked it and replaced it. Front desk unsystematic and needs more training and coordination with each other. Needs real improvement. Location is very far from Central Paris The only good thing is their breakfast, simple but good. Definitel, we will not stay there again.

The check in staff lady was amazing. I checked in the next morning of my reservation (as i missed my flight) and she was super helpful about it.
