Pros:

Bed was Big

Cons:

Sheets was dirty I slept on top for two days there wash cloths had stains like my bed alot of activities going in this spot for as prostitutes etc.,,not a good place for me

Was equivalent to the price we paid, has potential to make more money if they cleaned better and got rid of the roaches.

Cons:

Roaches and smelled musty old water type smell in room. Probably because the ac was off.

Pros:

The property is close to downtown and quiet. We always stay here when we travel to Greensboro. I know the rooms are clean and we are in a safe place. I travel a lot alone with my three children.

Room was clean and looked to be recently updated however room description is deceiving.

Ad Description very deceptive. No bathrobes, telephone or alarm clock as listed, [not that we needed any of these.] There weren't even any bedside table lights/lamps. The only toiletry was a motel size bar of soap. Could have been a little more for $120.00.

I didn’t stay.i seen how dirty it was and just left. I would rather lose the130 which was quoted at like 94 than to stay

Room was dirty, towels and pillow cases looked dirty or stained and looked dirty. Looked like dead bugs around the floor. They charged 30 for my service animal.

Disgusting. The sheets, towels, and floor were dirty. The bathroom smelled like sewage as soon as we entered the room. When checking the mattress underneath the bed looked like it had never been cleaned. Didn’t stay the night.

Pros:

The room was clean even though it was old. It was recently renovated. They did a pretty good job with it. It does the trick for the cost. It was by far the most affordable and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to stay for the price. I will stay there again likely, but not what I would call a vacation destination.
