Helpful reception lady, super close to Melawati mall
Pros:

Helpful and friendly ady at the reception.
Soap dispenser smoothly dispenses.
Less than 5 min walk to Melawati mall.
Water refill station in the hallway.

Cons:

Water pressure kinda small.
Got a few mosquitoes in the room.
One of the pillows smelled.
Children running in the hallway past midnight.

Pros:

The staff are helpful. The room facilities such as air cond is working well and the room smell clean. Though it's a bit dusty

Cons:

The bathroom has fungus on the wall. The bed has bed bugs. Can't sleep the whole nite.
