The area doesn't have much around it but everything we needed was in the hotel.

Great stay!

Dinner at the steak house was very good and convenient for the concert after dinner. Note: there were no craps tables at the casino.

We attended an event at the theatre, and ate a delicious dinner at the Pines Steakhouse, so we wanted to stay on property. The rooms are nice, but they’re really overpriced for the quality and size. We would travel there more often if the rooms were reasonably priced, since we also spending $$$$ on entertainment and food.

The surrounding area from this casino is ugly

I recently received a promotion for two free nights at Yaamava' Resort & Casino and decided to book a reservation. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. On my first call, I was hung up on, so I called back. The representative seemed rushed and apologized after I pointed it out. I expressed my interest in paying for an additional night, but instead of assisting me, he placed me on hold and then transferred me to another representative, claiming it was a supervisor. The second representative also failed to help me with booking the extra night, stating it was nearly impossible. She promised to call me back later, but that never happened.

The lack of professionalism and follow-through made it impossible for me to finalize my booking. As someone who visits casinos frequently, including the Palms in Las Vegas, I am shocked by the poor customer service at Yaamava'. This experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to recommend or return to this establishment.

Very nice facility with wonderful staff

I stayed here with 2 friends for the Brooks and Dunn concert. When we arrived I found out I had booked the room for sunday night, not the night of the concert and they had zero rooms left. Luckily the manager was soo extremely helpful and was able to find us a suite. The entire staff was extremely friendly from when we arrived until we left. The night club was fun and the DJ was great! Most importantly...this is a great place to see a concert. Every seat is amazing!!!! It used to easier to book rooms online. Now they have every saturday and sunday blacked out for months. I had to call and I'm now on a waiting list for a room when we go back in October. My only complaint is the amount of plastic water bottles they use instead of eco-friendly ones.

Yaamava at entrance is classy with impecable car greeters and porters! Had a wonderful dinner at pine steak house and was just amazed with Y lounge. However while dancing in the tukut lounge, security and beverage manager destroyed my anniversary stay by directing me and wife to our room . We were not intoxicated, we were not distrubing others, just having a wonderful time. Never got a clear reason for their rude actions. As a result unable to gamble and tour the facility. These people have too much power late in evening. Wrote a letter to Asfi Bird vice president of hotel operations about this incident, but never recieved formal reply. Would have been nice if they compensated me for destroying anniversary.

I had not been here before and expected a dirty, smoke filled place and instead, it was elegant and the staff is very attentive. The amenities were lovely and the parking was easy. I loved my room.

Will forever be my favorite California casino, my first day here I went on a $10k dream worthy run on Huff n more Puff. It was all on the same machine <3. I go every month 2-3 times to enjoy the free rooms and buffets that Yaamava offers. Sad to see all the 1/5 reviews but mostly looks like sour grapes. My only gripe lol is $9 Modelos, seriously $9. One time while entering the casino with my backpack the security guard joked about sneaking in some alcohol and my response was $9 Modelos I should start sneaking a 6 pack in :)
