Nice stay in Instanbul
Pros:

The room was newly renovated and functional, and the cleaning service was excellent. The staff were available and helpful. Also, the location was great, close to both the train and underground stations. Finally, the 24‑hour reception was a real lifesaver, especially as my flight was delayed.

Cons:

The entrance area felt a bit limited in terms of space, and the stairs could be inconvenient for older guests. In any case, it was nothing major.

Not recommended for a family
Pros:

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was ok for this money.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, and it's difficult to move around if you have a large suitcase. The room smelled bad. The reception staff were friendly, but the boss was very rude. The toilet flush wasn't working. We reported it twice, they said they'd fix it, but no one did during our stay. It seems they only care about money, customer satisfaction is very low. And the four-star rating has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Улучшите завтраки и уборку в номерах)
Pros:

Месторасположение довольно тихо,близко к метро,к улице Лалели,персонал улыбчивый,довольно тихо было.

Cons:

В номере не было нужного количества подушек,не было вешалок,не идеальная уборка резинки какие-то на полу,волосы на кровати темные…Завтраки скудные(мы жили в отеле дешевле рядом и там выбор был в 2 раза больше) на фото были фрукты и сыры- лето а фрукты не одной нету,сыр 1 вид,колбаса тоже,выбор один и тот же я сфоткала это мы взяли всего по чуть чуть что было…
