Pros:

This hotel took my reservation and my money, when I arrived the hotel was under water and had been closed for 2 days! This was just a con and Expedia should take them off the system fir this behaviour.

Worst ever experience. Found the property closed upon arrival while money was paid in advance. Looked like a ghost place . No security guard even . Reached at 3 in might and had to search new hotel

The children's pool lifeguard employee (long-haired African woman) has a very bad manner, a mixture of morals and psychology, and does not know how to deal with the guests. I will not book this hotel again because of her. All thanks and appreciation to the Bangladeshi employee at the children’s pool. He was extremely ethical and professional.

Väldigt smutsiga rum , de städa enbart rummet två gånger under vår vistelse, vi fick använda samma handdukar i flera dagar. När vi väl kom på natten så var det så mycket cigarett lukt i rummet och vi tyckte det var jobbigt då vi hade barn med oss.

I felt i am home staff are so friendly , restaurant is perfect. Atmosphere is so cozy and good . Its only the smell of dust in the room can make u sick if u have azma or allergic . I suffered from the carpet smell .
