Excellent proximity to the main train station and bus stops.
Pros:

Very convenient location close to the Potsdam main train station and local bus stops. The hotel room was quiet, and breakfast was pretty good (except for the coffee).

Cons:

The hotel room was spacious, but the furniture was rather minimalistic. Not ideal for business travellers; the desk is very small and only has enough surface area for a laptop.

Pros:

Das moderne Hotel mit den sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern liegt schön zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Kino alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders lobenswert ist die Qualität der Betten in denen wir fantastisch geschlafen haben. Sehr zuvorkommend war die Frage bei der Anreise auf welcher Seite wir schlafen möchten, zur Straße oder zum Innenhof. Trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof hatten wir ruhige Nächte.

Cons:

Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Kleiderschrank, es gab aber genug Bügel an der Garderobe so dass dies kein großes Problem darstellte. Beim Frühstück hat mir persönlich der Milchkaffee gar nicht geschmeckt, er hat einen seltsamen Geschmack, aber Gott sei Dank sind ja die Geschmäcker verschieden. Es gab leider keinen Bacon, was eigentlich Standard ist. Das ist jetzt bisschen meckern auf hohem Niveau. Aber am ersten Tag (Montag) war leider die Wurst und auch der Käse am Rand schon angetrocknet was nicht so appetitlich aussah.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof. Innenstadt fußläufig bzw. gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Modern gestaltetes Hotel. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Wenig Informationen beim Check in (z.B Frühstückszeiten und Co.). Personal beim Frühstück etwas überfordert mit Nachlegen und Abräumen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück hatte etwas besser sein können.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (nahe Zentrum sowie HBF Potsdam), alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich, Check-in unkompliziert, Zimmer komfortable und gutes Angebot an zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen.
