bis auf weiteres möchte ich dort nicht wieder übernachten.
Pros:

perfekte Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof

Cons:

entsetzliche Klima – Lüftungstechnik, die sich nicht abschalten ließ. Extrem laut. Hat er ansonsten recht akzeptablen Eindruck des Hotels komplett ins maximal negative verändert. Einziger Pluspunkt sie sehr freundliche Entschuldigung der Rezeptionistin. Das restliche Personal wirkte allerdings eher gestresst als froh. frühstück recht dürftig.

Das Hotel ist toll.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Ein Buchungsfehler meinerseits wurde mit einem Tee, Ruhe und Lösungsorientierung begegnet, so dass am Ende alles gut wurde.

Cons:

Die Matratze war leider sehr hart. Ein Visco Topper wäre toll gewesen. Durch die harte Matratze bekam ich leider Druckschmerzen an der Hüfte und konnte nicht so gut schlafen.

Das Hotel entsprach meinen Vorstellungen.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Kurze Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Parken mit 20,- Euro pro Tag ziemlich teuer.
Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Es gab Rührei, was leider kalt war. Schade.
