立地以外は優良です。モノレールの駅から少し遠い。お家感覚。浴室トイレ、綺麗。水圧良好。リラックスできます。

チェックインして部屋に入ってすぐに冷房がかかっていて、いきなり快適でした
旭橋駅からも近く、裏にはすき家、徒歩1分でセブンイレブン、ファミリーマート、更にソーキソバの有名処も徒歩２,3分の距離、また、波の上海岸も徒歩10分以内の立地でレンタカー無し旅行でしたが全く問題ありませんでした
スタッフの対応も気持ち良く、また利用させていただきたいです

Decently located. Within 10 minutes walking distance to Naminoue beach. Same for nearest monorail line. Lots of construction in the area, so a bit noisy. Comfortable and clean.

とても綺麗でトイレとお風呂も別で過ごしやすい広さでした！　1階にコインランドリーもあり近くにはセブンイレブンもあるため便利です♪

近くに何軒かコインパーキングがあり最大料金もお安いので助かりましたｖ（＾＿＾ｖ）♪笑

また沖縄行く時はよろしくお願いします！

Pros:

房內空間足夠打開兩個大行李箱，浴室乾淨，但煮水壺很髒，應淘汰更新，停車位要自費去附近找，夜晚安靜好睡

Pros:

国際通りが近くお値段もお手頃価格だったので宿泊させていただきました。大人4人では窮屈ではあったが寝るだけなら問題なし。ただ、国際通りが近いからか夜中にパトカーのサイレンが度々聞こえ、深夜に帰ってきた他の宿泊客がエレベーターを降りてから部屋に入るまでの数分間ずっと話をしていてとてもうるさかった。そこがマイナスポイントかな。
近くにコインパーキングもありよかった。

三個人卻只有兩條棉被，而且不保暖，跟櫃檯要求多一條還要費用1000日幣，下次不會再考慮，也沒有每天清潔，地上都會掉頭髮，也不曉得該如何清理，用剪的也撿不乾淨，但是床很好睡

駅からはだいぶ歩きますが、周りは学校が多く、治安がいい。
コンビニやパン屋、弁当屋、交番もあります。
部屋に電子レンジがあるので、買ったものは温められます。
色んな国の方が泊まっていますので、夜中に廊下で電話をしていたり、そういうマナーを気にしたら駄目なようです。ワンルームマンションで、夜間はスタッフもいなくなりますが、自由でいいと思います。

ホテルから800ｍ位にジャッキーステーキハウスあり1時間位予約待ちが有ったのでホテルチェックインしても食事出来ました。
