Very efficient and comfortable. Very well planned room and bath.

On the bright side most of the staff were extremely helpful. They did try to make my issue right and I thank those that tried to help.
On the not so bright side here is my review after moving rooms 3 times in less than an hour:
First room - after I was told my digital key was ready my room had not been serviced at all.
Second room - it had been “kind of” serviced. There was hair all along the floor outside the shower, mold in the shower multiple places, the bedsheets were nasty, along with the bedside table. The room smelled terrible, and it was super hot and humid. The beds were made tho.
Third room - after I asked one of the staff members to go with me to the second room so I could show someone the issues, the staff member showed me the third room. It appeared cleaner than the first two….Until….I woke up after the second night of extreme humidity (my hand towel wouldn’t even dry), to some sort of bug bite on my face. Not to mention the moldy pillow (pictured) I just so happened to come across that morning.
Two nights and I was done.
They did only charge me for the 2 nights out of 5 I had booked it for a business trip. It was unfortunate that such, what appeared to be, a nice hotel had this many issues with just one person. And they did waive my parking fee, which was weird they even had one because the parking lot is fenced inside their property. But whatever. I emailed the manager as I was told when the older lady at the front desk wanted nothing to do with me after I showed her the pillow picture. That was two days ago and I have not once had any sort of reply, which again was disappointing. I do thank whoever they are for refunding me for the rest of the week. That was much appreciated.

Worst hotel experience EVER! I reached out to the general manager my first day here and as of today, no response. Although she walked the lobby all day. The rooms are extremely small, hotel not clean, our door was broken, no working phone, I can go on and on. However, the front desk clerks Kelly and Johnathon were amazing trying to circumvent the problems. Dirty towels was it for me!! I’m checking out.

The location was perfect, situated conveniently between RDU airport and my visits to other locations in Chapel Hill and Hillsborough. The room was very clean, and the reception and staff were incredibly friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially since they rotated the main selections daily.

Friendly staff greeted us after hours of travel. The location was perfect for a medical visit to UNC hospital. We were able to walk to a restaurant. We also enjoyed the Jenga and foosball while we waited for an appointment.

The room was clean and comfortable.
