Having to walk down to reception for change of towells. Bathroom was not therally cleaned. No hot tube..was kind of a bummer!

The parking

We canceled the reservation which included 2 rooms but they only canceled one room and charged us for the second room, saying we should have canceled both rooms separately with different confirmation number, even though it was under 1 reservation.

The valet guys seemed like they did not know wtf was going on . Should have been our first clue. Our room was not ready. Our check in was at 4pm, we were told after 4 the room would be ready. I said no we needed it by 4pm we had an event at 6 we needed to get ready for. I over heard them telling all guests rooms might be ready by 5pm. I got my room. Terrible!!!! Then our toilet was plugged. To say for the amount I spent I would not rent there again. And by the way the food is way over priced. 2 small bags of chips charge was $9.00 they are the size that come in the 15pk box from Costco. Ridiculous!

Felt like the pool was a little small

They put us in a room that the door lock is broken. We had to move from 2nd floor to 1st floor at 10pm with a sleeping toddler. We had to repack our stuffs, it was really inconvenient for us.

Smell of pot in entrance lobby.

Lobby not very welcoming and just looked sterile. Add some plants and paintings.

We were not aware that there was a door that led/was attached into another hotel room, so that was a bit uncomfortable because we could hear a lot of what the other room was saying/yelling/ crying through that door. Like, to the point someone was screaming at 1 am but they sounded like they were right next to us. We could hear the same room snore SO LOUD it was miserable trying to fall asleep. The bathtub had dirty water still in it when we first checked in which wasn't ideal. The elevators to go down to the lobby smelled like this weird burnt plastic and one of them (on the right) would shake and make some weird noises so we played it safe and just took the stairs. Tbh, I felt like I could have had a better stay experience anywhere else. I didn't feel like this was really worth it.

The room was spacious, but I wish there were a couple more useful items provided. For example, it would be great to have a simple electric kettle in the room. The Keurig-like coffee machine isn't a replacement for hot, clean (non-coffee-tasting) water for tea and other applications (e.g. baby formula). If not in the room, then available 24/7 in the lobby area. From an environmental standpoint, I understand limiting the replacement of towels and bedsheets, however, with small children, you really need daily towel exchanges, and refills of consumables (e.g. body wash, paper cups, tissues).

Hidden fees for $30 a day for parking/valet. It was enforced after we arrived there. Communication issue at front desk as I reserved a day ahead from my family members who had serious knee sprained. The next day to confirm the room as I was told was somewhere $80+ more. The front desk was not listening carefully that we already reserved for the next day. I went up to the room to start packing when I realized the front desk was not listening carefully enuff. I am deaf and speak very well with hearing world, it's been challenged long time ago. And we are still not accepted in the society, and it shall be continued with the challenges for the appreciation. The downstairs stairway leading to the car garage was blocked. The elevators was an issue both ways, leading to car garage and to those rooms.
