Great location nice rooms!
Me gustó la amabilidad de la persona que atiende en el front, espectacular su actitud, instalaciones nuevas y a solo pasos del Boardwalk, muy buena ubicación.

Rooms were amazing and huge! Super tall 15+ft ceilings on the first floor. I’m stunned this hotel was so reasonable.
The pool was slightly underwhelming, and there was no hot tub.

Complete lack of any customer service. There isn’t even a brochure or any paperwork in the hotel room with information about the hotel (Wi-Fi password, pool and restaurant hours, etc). It feels like you check in and you’re on your own. Front desk provided no information when asked about nearby restaurants- thru said they didn’t know. No one came to clean the room during our stay and no staff was available to help with luggage despite 5 employees sitting at the mandatory valet parking kiosk - they just watch you unload and load your car and move your luggage. Overall hotel is clean but too expensive and completely lacks any customer service.
The hotel is very clean and nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall it was a comfortable stay.
the breakfast could be improved and better suited to the quality of the property. Also, the room could use more amenities, such as hand soap and other basic essentials, which were limited.
The room met my expectations and I was able to check in early. The art-deco furnishings are cool.
I guess a little more signage would be nice for the elevator to the parking garage and a better explained parking access. I did not think I could enter the parking garage because it said valet only and I had not yet gotten my valet access.,

The staff were not helpful. For several of us our rooms were not available for an hour past check in. Then the following day when I wanted a late check out they said no. The hallway wreaked of pot smoke, they did nothing.
