Very friendly staff and great facility

Good location at the entrance of Dubai Marina, perfect to take taxi, since the hotel is located just before traffic starts. Free room upgrade granted us a huge room with a superb view of Dubai Marina and nice amenities such as kitchen and washing machine, very appreciated! Walkable 10 mins from JBR and very convenient to take electric scooters on the Marina Walk! Just one tip for the hotel: please place the bed in the room in a way that faces the outside Marina view.
Best location for exploring the Dubai Marina walk and mall area. Super helpful staff and easy checkin/checkout. We will definitely return!!!

It smells spicy food in the room and the corridor, I didn’t like the vibes of the hotel
Fruendly staff and prime neighborhood. I didn't like the fact that the rooms did not have hair dryer and there were no power outlet close to the mirrors or in the bathroom. They also need to leave the lights on in the hallways and not to turn them off at night. I had to ask them several times in two different occasions
Staff were super nice and processional, specifically 2 bellboy, Tuhin & Parmar. They always offered assistant and assisted us numerous times. We’re coming back to this place for sure.
Fantastic location for the marina, the metro and the mall. Very helpful staff offered early check in as I arrived in the morning would stay again

bed sheets where dusty and unpleasent ... i had to ask them to change it it was probably not changed... overall stuff was friendly
