Cons:

We are unfortunately very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We wanted to check out one night earlier, and according to another receptionist, we were still entitled to a refund for the final night as long as we requested it before 11:00 AM.

We approached Enxhi, a receptionist, well before 11:00 AM and used a translation app to explain our request politely and clearly, specifically to make sure there would be no misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we received no helpful response. While we were trying to communicate with her, she was on the phone, did not pay proper attention to our request, and did not give us a clear explanation as to why the refund was not possible.

What is especially frustrating is that, in our opinion, the financial loss we incurred could have been avoided if our request had been handled properly and in a timely manner.

Pros:

Wszystko ok, poza mało komfortowym wejściem do Morza. Personel pomocny, komunikatywny. Leżaki przy plaży, basen blisko, ładny widok. Śniadanie ok.

Cons:

Gruz przy wejściu do wody. Wszędzie na plażach wkoło jest w miarę. Na publicznych idealny piaseczek. Tu czemu akurat na tej plaży hotelowej na długości 3-5 metrów wgłąb Morza jest gruz pojęcia nie mam. Ogólnie w większości nie powoduje pokaleczen, niemniej jest to bardzo mało komfortowe. Polecam właścicielowi/menadżerowi pochodzić tam na boso kilkukrotnie, bo ten gruz tam sam nie dopłynął i wypadałoby go wybrać?

Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et vue mer magnifique.
Service de boissons ou snack autour de la piscine est très appréciable.
Les plats du restaurant à la carte sont excellents.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas de très bonne qualité et n’est pas varié.
Vers la fin du service, les machines à café et les plats ne sont pas rechargés.
Ceci ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Hotel war grundsätzlich sauber, aber es hatte genug Macken.

Cons:

Der Strand sehr unsauber, Frühstück immer gleich viell Schweine Fleisch ohne Beschriftung was was ist. Leider viel zu teuer für diese Lage mein erstes und letztes mal dort.
Fitness katastrofe innenpool geschlossen, kurzgesagt man konnte nichts nutzen ausser den aussen Bereich.
