Pros:

Les palapas inclus et l'emplacement était très bien. Les chambres étaient grandes et avec une belle vue. Les lits étaient confortables. L'hôtel était propre et beau.

Cons:

35 euros par personne pour ajouter le dîner et le souper c'est beaucoup trop che. Surtout que si nous n'arrivons pas à l'ouverture du buffet, ils ne remplissent pas ce qui manque et nous devons nous contenter de ce qui reste. Durant le souper, il ne restait plus aucun breuvages sauf de l'eau et du jus d'orange. Tout le reste était vide. Après l'avoir mentionné, personne n'a rempli. Nous nous sommes assis au dîner et nous nous sommes servi. Nous nous attendions bien évidemment à payer, mais il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place pour qu'on demande le prix. Comme les repas sont abordables en Albanie, nous nous attendions à un prix accessible. Nous avons eu la surprise d'apprendre que c'était 25 euros par personne et nous sommes 5. Je comprends qu'on aurait dû vérifier avant, mais cela ne représente pas du tout les coûts auxquels nous nous sommes habitués en Albanie. Donc au final, ne mangez pas là. Le déjeuner inclus était aussi froid et ma fille a eu mal au ventre. De mon côté j'ai eu mal au ventre après le souper. De plus, la piscine était brouillée et il y a plusieurs déchets dans l'eau de la mer. Ce n'est pas attrayant pour se baigner.

We would happily stay here again!
Pros:

We were very happy with our two-night stay at this hotel. The most spectacular part was the breathtaking sea view. The hotel is just a few steps from the beach, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient on-site parking, the excellent cleanliness, and the great location, which made it easy to explore the area.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway. We would happily stay here again!

Cons:

Patul pentru copil - canapeaua, mică. Pentru plata a solicitat doar leke și s-a făcut o conversie dezavantajoasă. Suma în € a fost înmulțită cu 100 și a rezultat o sumă in leke - aproape cu 10% mai mult.

Emplacement correct, piscine extérieure sympa.
Après je suis très déçu de la qualité du service, à 125€ la nuit un petit déjeuner moyen, les jus sont chimiques, la nourriture est froide, aucune chaîne pour enfants à la télé, il faut regarder YouTube.
Piscine intérieure et spa fermé pendant plusieurs mois, c'est à mon arrivée que je suis mis au courant, la faute à qui? Je pense que booking devrait le mentionner en fin de réservation, et que l'hôtel devrait également faire un rappel lors de la réservation de leurs clients. Pour éviter tout malentendu.

Rekommenderar strakt denna hotell! Personalen är väldigt professionella samt att det var precis nära stranden!
Pros:

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på ETER Hotel. Hotellet var väldigt rent och välstädat, personalen var trevlig, hjälpsam och professionell under hela vistelsen. Maten på restaurangen var god och varierad och drinkarna var en 10/10. Frukosten var också mycket bra med ett stort utbud av alternativ. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet och kommer gärna tillbaka igen!

Cons:

Det var synd att takpoolen (roof pool) var stängd under vår vistelse, men det berodde på lågsäsong. Det var dock väldigt uppskattat att både inomhuspoolen och utomhuspoolen var öppna och tillgängliga.

Gymmet skulle dock kunna uppdateras med lite modernare utrustning och maskiner, men det fungerade ändå bra för ett enklare träningspass.

Un bon séjour en bord de mer, mais quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

Emplacement idéal : L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé, directement en bord de plage.
Calme et tranquillité : Ayant séjourné durant la dernière semaine de mai, l'établissement était peu occupé, ce qui a permis de passer un séjour très reposant. Chambre : Propre et correctement équipée.
Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très satisfaisant.

Cons:

Horaires du restaurant : Grosse déception concernant le service du soir qui s'arrête dès 20h. C'est un peu tôt pour une période de vacances.
Espace Spa : Bien que le spa soit correct dans l'ensemble, les douches manquaient de propreté. De plus, aucun soin n'était proposé durant cette période (fin mai).
Incivilités extérieures : Une fois de plus, il est vraiment dommage de constater que certains clients ne respectent pas les lieux. Les plages privatives étaient malheureusement parsemées de détritus, de canettes et de mégots de cigarettes.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are definitely a few things the hotel could improve.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, was often cold, and didn't feel very fresh or high quality.

The beach was also quite dirty, with a lot of debris along the shoreline, which made swimming unpleasant.
