Might stay here in general was decent, though it felt like there weren’t that many people there so I felt alone a lot of

Great view over the water, room was cleaned daily, pleasant staff

Cons:

The toilets didn’t flush very well, and the shower didn’t switch well going from over head to hand held, it was a mix of both when I tried to switch it

Les lits sont incroyables, on avait l’impression de dormir sur un nuage!
Très belle vue depuis la piscine.
On a été surclassé et franchement la chambre était géniale! Propre et si confort

Cons:

C’est très cher… le bar propose des boissons et un happy hour mais attention à la note, les prix sont HT et l’happy hour n’a pas toujours été respecté.
C’est calme, peu d’ambiance.
Peu de transat autour de la piscine.
Le jacuzzi ne marchait pas.

Cons:

Lors du petit déjeuner on nous a donné une carte menu avec petit déjeuner à choisir entre plusieurs propositions mais qui étaient en plus du petit déjeuner inclus.
Donc on s'est retrouvé à payer 2x le petit déjeuner !!
Petit déjeuner continental inclus très minime peu à manger.

Property was beautiful and looked just like the photos.

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly. It appears there is only one person who works at the front checking people in and out. They were rude, uninformative, and made us feel unwelcome. Even when asking questions about the local area they didn’t provide us with explanations on best ways to get us to the beach, and we ended up driving to a place with no parking when they could have helped prevent that with a little extra care in the conversation. I also advised him I’d be checking out early and he said he would be available in the morning, however we waited 30 minutes for him to check out in the morning, no one answered the phone, door, or door bell. I ended up leaving the keys on the outside of the main office and hoped he would find the and check me out. All around the property would be perfect with better customer service, if you go to this hotel, do not expect a friendly face to welcome you in.

Beautiful, quiet hotel in Manuel Antonio
Pros:

Beautiful views, peaceful, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Hotel was clean, everything we needed for our stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The location is beautiful. Great view for sunsets. The staff was always very kind. The hot tubs were great.

Cons:

For the price you pay a proper breakfast should be included. The AC was leaking and wet our suitcase. I didn’t like the room decoration.

Cons:

Breakfast was included but was only continental and consisted of a dish of mixed fruit and two toasted pieces of bread with butter and jam which was a bit boring having the same for all 3 mornings

Helt nydelig hotell!
Pros:

Beliggenhet var veldig fin. Lokalet var helt nydelig! Veldig privat. Dyreliv overalt. Veldig bra rom, og fin utsikt fra rommet :)

Cons:

Bestilte taxi gjennom overnattingsstedet. De endret prisen kvelden før vi skulle dra, men det ordnet seg til slutt. Skulle ønske personalet var mer behjelpelig.

Traumhafter Ausblick, schöne Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Eigentlich wird das Hotel mit einem Restaurant beworben. Leider war über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt kein Koch vor Ort. Das „gute Frühstück“, was man über booking bekommt ist in Wirklichkeit lediglich etwas Obst, zwei Scheiben Toast und Kaffee- das hat optimierungspotenzial für geringes Geld. Ansonsten super und nicht überlaufen. Man fühlt sich wohl!

I liked the location and the view from the balcony

Cons:

I didn’t like the unfriendly approach of the bartender, and I would suggest that you add a couple of bowls for breakfast, glasses and sharp knives. The pool was pretty tiny, with little space all around.

Pros:

Location was perfect, beautiful pool and lovely staff at the bar.

Cons:

On booking.com is offer with breakfast or without and tbh you better book without. Breakfast include 1 toast, butter, jam and fruit, plus orange juice and coffee. If you want eggs or something else you need to pay more. To me that’s not even continental breakfast and you end up paying another 12-15 dollars to have a breakfast.
