Todo muy bien, en especial el personal de la recepción, también el de limpieza, sólo mucho ruido en el hotel y en la zona. Mandé un mensaje para pedir que silenciaran a un huésped que tenía el televisor a todo volumen a las 12 am, y me ignoraron, no me contestaron nada.

La ubicación del hotel en zona roja, no especifican ni lo comenta el personal pero los taxistas y de apps comentan que es zona de alto riesgo, tiene un traspatio un parque abandonado y no hay ventilación adecuada, muy sucia y poco práctica si llevas equipaje amplio pues todo es escaleras, nula privacidad y comparto fotos muy sucio el baño y en malas condiciones el colchón extremadamente duro. Los empeleados muy serviciales y atentos el lugar nos gusto mucho esta muy bonito y limpio. Lo unico fue el area un poco retirada de el zocalo y un poco fea.
