Hotel Santika Premiere Padang

The staff here are amazing! We had a minor travel delay due to inclement weather. Rizky at the front desk, and his manager, were awesome and helped ensure we were taken care of during our delay. The food at their restaurants was delicious and the staff were so attentive. Five stars!

The hotel facilities are well appointed and is extremely good value for money being located very close to the Padang beach front. It is walking distance to fast food outlets and other retail outlets.

Comfortable room, good cooling system, and complete breakfast. But the best part is the staff — a special thank you to Mr. Ferry, who helped us a lot with his great support, problem-solving attitude, and guest-oriented service!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, as the hotel was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to rest well after our daily activities. My wife and I stayed here twice for 1 night each stay. Check in was easy, all staff were friendly and most spoke English. Very good and varied breakfast included in our stay. Nice restaurant with outdoor bar on 10th floor. Had some of the best, if not the best, beef sate I’ve had during our 2 months in SE Asia.

We had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable! And the food was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was a great spot for before and after our boat charter to surf the Ments!

I was in Padang before a surf trip in Mentawais and then a couple days after……. It is a great hotel. Good breakfast and rooms. Very comfortable. Also the staff is great…… Ferry was super helpful. He helped me booked the ferry and taxis several times. I’ll definitely use this place again……. Thanks for the stay!!!!
