Pros:

central location, spacious room, friendly front desk staff

Cons:

the pillows were lumpy and not full. were not very comfortable. the beds were alright and bedding was soft and comfy.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Vielen Dank für das kostenlose Upgrade! Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Dachterrasse. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns ideal, da es am Rande der Innenstadt und somit gut alles zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar war.
Gute Pflegeprodukte im Bad und guter Kaffee über die Kapselmaschine im Zimmer für einen perfekten Start in den Tag.

We had a really good stay.
Pros:

Location is fantastic for arriving and departing on SkyBus or other public transport. Southern Cross Station is a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

There seems to be a lot of people smoking in rooms. The smell permeates the hallways and can be smelled in the rooms.
