Refreshingly content and satisfied, lovely stay.
Pros:

The bed was a big win for me extremely comfortable!! Aside that the room was just perfectly clean and with a lovely modern vibe had you feeling luxurious and refreshed. We also stayed on a Saturday night so we took advantage of the rooftop bar! A few bevs in the sunshine to start the night off was just perfect!

Cons:

The breakfast from the ground floor cafe was little off/low in quality for the price was a slight disappointment but not the end of the world probably a 5/10

Nice hotel, but a few blocks from closest trams. Buffet breakfast best avoided.
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent.

Cons:

I didn’t like the daybed/sofa stuck in the corner, it made opening and closing the curtains difficult. The fridge was very small and didn’t have a freezer compartment. No microwave. The most disappointing part would have been the buffet breakfast, the seating was totally inadequate for the size and standard of the hotel. The food was not worth the $38. price tag. Very uncomfortable sitting so close to other people while trying to enjoy your meal, it felt very rushed because people were standing around waiting for your table.. No fault of the staff though. Would give the buffet a miss.
