Rezydencja Sowy jest godna polecenia. Bardzo czysto, piękne wnętrza z klasą, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania w formie bufetu razem z kartą śniadaniowa. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Położenie rezydencji jest zdumiewające. Widok z tarasu mieliśmy obłędny. Na pewno tutaj wrócimy.
Lovely hotel and stayed in deluxe room. Spacious and fabulous view over the river. Reception lady was lovely and checked us in in early after we arrived early. Perfect location for old town and river area. Excellent value for money.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s a perfect place to stay because it’s only a few minutes walk from the old market square and restaurants. Actually, all major tourist attractions were walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Lækkert hotel
Lækkert hotel som ligger centralt i centrum. Vi havde et stort og lækkert værelse. Sengen var ok med fint sengetøj. Værelset var meget rent. Personalet meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Eneste minus er at det kan være svært at finde hotellet hvis du er i bil da GPS ikke er opdateret med hensyn til spærrede veje.
Great location, very friendly staff, modest (high quality) breakfast bar but a la cart breakfast included, clean and modern room.
Godt og rent hotel. Fin service. Hotellet kan være svært at køre til i bil, da hotellet ligger meget centralt i den gamle bydel. Men det kan lykkes

Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive.

Great hotel, fabulously placed in the heart of the city. NB, reception is closed from 8pm, so be aware of arrangements for picking up keys. No problem once you know!
