Boutique and beautiful
The room we booked wasn’t like the photo - and no view
Great location. Close to public transport but walking distance to lots that Newcastle has to offer. Our room had a view of the harbour ... loved watching all the activity of this busy port.
Room was a good size with a large, impressive bathroom. Small lounge, chair and mini bar.
The rooftop bar has great views but a little pricey. Included breakfast package was definitely worth it. All staff were friendly and helpful. Self check in/out kiosk was great.
I liked the long pillows on the king bed, partner didn't.

Great location close to everything. Modern Historic building, lots of style & class.
Parking is expensive. Newcastle council have metered the whole area which is a turn off, it’s hard to find a street spot and Woolies Carparking is expensive.
The staff from the moment you've walked in the door were insanely kind and friendly. Right off the bat you had both of their full undivided attention not something you see remarkably often even in premier hotels.
The one and only thing that I could knock down for this hotel would be the cobwebs on the windows. I really had to knit pick to find something "less than perfect".
Modern , new and very welcoming. Attached restaurant was great, room very nice and staff very helpful, particularly Kathryn who went above and beyond. Would definitely stay there again.
No easy access to vehicle once parked.
Staff were very helpful and approachable. Hotel was spotless, very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We loved the decor. The location was perfect to find somewhere to eat
There was not much choice on the restaurant menu, so took the opportunity to eat out.
The hotel is perfectly located in central Newcastle but on a quiet street, allowing for peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the partnership with a local gym meant you could get a proper workout in. We also enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar.
It wasn't always easy to find a member of staff, but when you did they were very friendly & helpful

The concierge doesn’t even assist with bags to your room.
Stayed 2 nights - No fresh towels and were only given 2 bath mats that were not replaced and wet.
The coffee and tea were not replaced and the coffee cup and spoon were not replaced with clean items.
Extremely disappointing never recommend to anyone.
Location, customer service, decor, amenities (especially the Dyson dryer!) was awesome.
Your front-facing staff were incredible, and even the cleaning staff (who I didn't see) left me towel animals holding my books!!! It was incredibly adorable.
My dog was treated SO well, and I will consider QT hotels from now on because of my positive experience of how they treated me and my dog as a travelling family <3
I have a small frame and am active so I generally always sleep on soft mattresses and pillows because that suits my lifestyle and body type, but man even the bed and pillows here were too soft for my liking. Cloudlike bordering on saggy. My back was sore.
