All of it, excellent. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Newcastle Novacastrians have exceeded our expectations.
Definitely hi end at an affordable rate.

Pros:

The service was friendly, check-in was fast and simple, very helpful with luggage and valet parking of car. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar had a great view.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive for what it was. A small amount of Greek style yoghurt (not Greek) and a handful of fruit for $18 was overpriced. My friend had the bacon and egg burger, which she said tasted great, was also $18 - no comparison between the two. The rooftop bar was also on the expensive side, with not a lot of simple food options. We had to go elsewhere as it was a Sunday evening and the onsite restaurant was closed.

The location was good.

Cons:

For the price I was expecting a room with a view. As someone travelling alone, I didn’t like that I was given a room with a connecting door . I’m sure it was locked but it made me feel a bit less secure.
