The location to a good range of cafes, restaurants and transport. The room was comfortable and quiet and felt very clean.
The light in the bathroom was too dark in the evening when trying to apply makeup. I liked the ambience, but would have been great to have had a light that could be made a bit brighter.
Amazing hotel! Friendly staff and clean rooms, rooftop bar is a big bonus. Great breakfast and awesome location.

Nice, new and modern hotel in a very central location in Newcastle. Rooftop bar was excellent, as was the bar downstairs. Rooms were modern and had a great design.
Valet option wasn't clear - no staff at check in, check in was done via a self serve machine. This is fine, but I feel as though you need staff to offer an efficient valet. Eventually someone showed up, but overall a bizarre experience. The glasses in the hotel room were not cleaned properly either.
