Everything was excellent.
Staff were ALL so welcoming.
Nothing was too much trouble
Rooftop Bar was beautiful

Cons:

If there was anything it would be the long wait we had in the restaurant (Jana). Service was particularly slow. Staff were lovely service just a bit slow.

As East End continues its renaissance QT will benefit from the location

Comfortable and fun experience
Pros:

Great location with a great rooftop bar. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Everything was great!

A stylish hotel in a good location
Pros:

Modern rooms with stylish decor.
A good location to explore the waterfront with nearby restaurants and cafes; a short walk to Darby Street’s cafes and boutique shopping

Cons:

One of the staff members at the rooftop bar was disinterested and dismissive … after queuing for 20 mins and having other patrons push past without being stopped. The bar is open to the public however there should be tables reserved for guests. We didn’t get a chance to experience the rooftop bar at all during our stay.

A luxe stay
Pros:

The location and fit out were fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to make my Birthday extra special. I was met with a friendly smile and chat every single day. Highly recommend.
