Pros:

Breakfast was good but I didnt find any cream cheese for the bagel and the bagel was stale.

Cons:

Room smelled pretty bad.
I think it was from the ac, maybe needs a new filter. Pillows are awful.

The air conditioner in my room is quite stinky. And the toilet paper is rough and thin.

Stay was nice and peaceful.
Pros:

There was a disruption in streaming services due to construction nearby, but the staff explained it all, and was very nice! It was back on before too long.

Could have been better for the rate charged.
Pros:

Breakfast was varied but no meat protein on our 4 day stay. Breakfast attendant offered me a gluten free blueberry muffin which was not available on the serving line. That was very nice.🙂

Cons:

We did not ask for or want a handicapped room. The shower gets too large an area of the bathroom wet. I asked for a change of room but was told they were completely booked. We arrived around 7:30 pm and the parking lot had 5 cars in it. I felt lied to. The check in attendant seemed unconcerned. Also there were no signs indicating that they don't clean the room on the 3rd day. The room rate has shot up exponentially! We stay there twice a year for about 4 nights for several years. The rate has averaged around $100 to $125. This time it was an average of $200+.

It was a great stay, front desk lady is always so welcoming!
Pros:

It was an easy drive and place to stay! Anytime I come down to see my boyfriend or play softball or for fun I stay here! It’s always an amazing hotel the front desk lady (I didn’t catch her name) but she is always so sweet and very nice!

Cons:

I would say if checkout is @11, the cleaning people should not be standing outside your room @10:59. I understand that they have a job to do and they have a lot of rooms to clean. But it’s like they just wanted us out.

Pros:

It was clean & inviting, friendly staff, pool & area were very nice & the water temperature was perfect (my guess 84 or 86) Breakfast was good & hot, plenty of choices. We will definitely stay again when visiting our family that are only 10 minutes away from hotel.
