Don’t do it.
Cons:

I should have realized there were no external photos of the property included in the listing. It was in a sketchy part of town, very dark, with no clear signage. The name on the one sign they did have did not match the listing name. Cars coming and going from the lot late at night which you can only assume is for shady business being conducted. People partying and openly smoking weed on the balconies. People in the parking lot until late at night. Very loud. Room looked nothing like the photos. Bare walls, smudged stains. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep at all because I was worried my car was going to be broken into. Zero out of ten experience.
