Pros:

Our experience with Global Stay was extremely frustrating. The unit had multiple issues upon arrival—several things were broken or not working, including a leaking spa that made using it impossible. Instead of taking responsibility, they charged us for damages that were clearly there when we checked in.

To make things worse, we were woken up early in the morning without any prior notice because a repair team suddenly showed up. There was no communication, no apology—just total disregard for our comfort.

This was far from a relaxing or professional stay. I do not recommend booking with them. Be careful, especially if you expect transparency and basic hospitality.

Pros:

Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price
