Nice hotel. There’s a nightclub on the ground floor. It felt a bit like a party hotel and not one for business and certainly not for families.

Very nice hotel. Staff could not be more accommodating. Great breakfast. Very good location to get around all the areas of Dubai by taxi or Uber. We did not walk very much as was very hot during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk team, and throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the attentiveness and care shown by everyone on staff. Whether I had questions, needed recommendations, or required assistance, they were always ready to help with genuine smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile.

A special shout-out to the amazing security team—they were always present, polite, and made me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Their discreet professionalism does not go unnoticed. The valet team was also incredibly helpful and fast, always greeting me with a warm welcome and ensuring my car was ready promptly whenever I needed it. And I can’t forget to praise the housekeeping staff, who kept my room spotless every day and were always courteous, respectful, and efficient.

The level of service I experienced at Hyde Hotel Dubai is truly world-class. The entire team works together like a well-oiled machine, delivering not just service, but genuine hospitality. Amazing hotel and staff

Nice hotel in general. Just wish someone had put a review on here and mentioned it's not really suitable for families. I had made a booking late last year. Requested connecting rooms as we went as a family. On arrival i was told it wasn't possible, as its subject to availability as mentioned at the time of booking. However considering the fact that the booking was done many months beforehand Hyde should have made sure this was sorted. I confirmed this by email several times before our check in, and then i was told to show proof of this. Anyway for nearly a week out of our 10 night stay the family was placed on different floors, unyil i left a review then suddenly a room became availabe on the same floor whoch was the best they could offer. Prayer mats were Requested before arroval months ago, again after requesting this everyday we didn't get these until our toom was changed.

Overall some of the staff is nice. But it shouldnt have taken me to put a review online for them to actually do something about my family being split. I definitely would not recommend going here with the family especially with younger children. Alot of other business we saw going on which i would nt have wanted to be around with my kids for sure. No wonder there are no rooms availabe they are mostly occupied for other reasons.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff

The balcony view to the Burj Khalifa was the highlight.

The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stay. The rooms were big and clean. The free navette to the beach club and the burn Khalifa were extremely appreciated. Breakfast was great. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back.

Very pleasant stay, everyone was so respectful, room service was great, their restaurant team was great.
