Overall, a GREAT value in a GREAT location, but with a few minor issues
Pros:

I really appreciated the room and the great value. At two bedrooms and two baths, this extended-stay booking was more economical than most one-room options I looked at hotels. Reside also has an exercise room, with some cardio equipment and limited strength training equipment.

The location was great: a ten-minute walk to the area where Trader Joe's, an organic market, and the Eastern Market Metro Stop. There are some nice-looking Indian, Persian, and Korean restaurants nearby.

The staff was friendly. and attentive.

Cons:

The iron I used ruined a shirt: there was some melted material on the iron. I didn't realize was there until it melted onto my cream-colored shirt, leaving a black mark.

Additionally, the dryer didn't seem to work. This made it really inconvenient when we tried to do laundry the night before leaving: the laundry cam out late, and it cost some time and precious sleep hours.

If you're serious about strength training, the equipment was a bit limited. Maybe the cable for the bent row on the resistance machine didn't work, but all in all, it was okay.

Pros:

The staff was kind, the space was plenty and the kitchen supplies + bathroom were very useful.

Cons:

the area was a bit rough and there were hiccups with payment such as the fact that there is no POS machine or Apple Pay.

Worth the money, clean & friendly
Pros:

Apartment was clean and well maintained. Location was safe but I didn't realize how far it was from public transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to extend my stay by a day and it was done seemlessly.

Cons:

The first night (sunday of Presidents weekend) there seemed to be a room that was making a lot of noise and disturbances. Although security came up often to address this by yelling and banging on the door, it made for a bad night of sleep. Luckily I was off on Monday and caught up on my missed sleep.
