After confirmation, Placemakr Navy Yard will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location and prone to traffic noise. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku and HDMI cord for streaming. Spaces on the lower-level may have obstructed views and less natural lighting. The Superior King Suite has stairs within its space. There is no elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We were on lower level and phone reception wasn't good @ all ( stayed on emergency calls only).wifi was good though
The staff, upon arrival, were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were updated, and the location was perfect for getting to all the activities we planned.
The couch cushions were full of dog hair, the table was dirty along the edges, and the coffee maker had mold in it, so we didn't use it. The parking wasn't the best, but luckily, we got a good spot and didn't move the car the whole time we were there.
Had to use a pin number to enter the hotel which was a great added security feature. They didn't call out my room number in the lobby when I was checking in, which was so nice with just my daughter and I staying there. Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant and it was very clean.

Booked this due to pull out couch and it sucked. Was at a 20% angle down and tried to prop up with cushions.
It served it's purpose for a quick layover.
Our flight was delayed twice. We arrived after the expected time and the hotel doors were locked.
The staff was contacted and they made the necessary arrangements so that we were not left out on the street.

It was clean. Staff was extremely friendly.
There was no dressers for clothes. No TVs in the bedrooms. There is no housekeeping during your stay so you have to keep going to the desk asking for towels, trash bags, toilet paper...ect. The parking is a true nightmare. They have access to 1 city block street. You cant park where there is street residential parking and the side parking next to the hotel is paid parking. For the price paid, these should be simple accommodations. The site does say it doesnt provide parking, but when youre not from DC you dont fully understand how that will impact you.
The rooms are nice and the set up is great but there was a sewage smell everytime someone flushed and the the only tv in the room didn’t work my first night they had to bring in a new one and the microwave plate was broken

Nice neighborhood with a lot of food options within walking distance. The apartments are very nice and clean. Not too far from downtown.
Street parking is plenty but depends on the time of the day, it could be hard to find a close one.

The balcony off the living room door was broken so we couldn’t use it.
