It was very clean and pleasant and would stay again.
Pros:

size of room, comfort of bed, large fridge with freezing, kitchen wear, dishwasher although only fridge used

Cons:

Challenging to find especially in the dark as it is NOT WELL MARKED. Had to stay in a different building and the could not see the code box. A lot of instructions to get in and after a 13 hour drive and at night and tired was not convenient but room made up for it. Difficult to understand the gentleman that checked us in but he was pleasant. Shower way to small and I kept banging my elbows on the wall and door.

This was the perfect location and size when traveling for medical care. Groceries and places to each within walking dist

Pros:

I liked that it's close to the train so you can get around anywhere

Cons:

The customer service during the first two shifts on December 26, 2025, was terrible.
However, the woman on the third shift was kind and solved the problem immediately. But the hotel's overall customer service is negligent; those receptionists don't care at all about the customers.
