Swiss-Belcourt Kupang

How very disappointing this hotel was! What a mess they did with our airport transfers. With a group of 7 of us all receiving our confirmed transfers and 3 having to wait three quarters of an hour and another couple waited over an hour. The staff could not understand English, and even the transfers back to the airport was a mess. One person had his toes run over by the taxi, and the other taxi driver could not drive the vehicle and stalled numerous times. What a circus.

The check-in was not easy as the staff could not understand us.

The bar had very little stock and the restaurant had run out of pizzas & veg spring rolls. The main resturant, downstairs was cooking hot and empty. We are vegetarians and the only thing on the menue was sold out, so they suggested some fried Tofu and we asked if the meal was vegetarian...oh yes it was they said. It arrived with fried Tofu and chicken.

The duvet cover on our bed was stained, bathroom floor mat flithy, toilet bowl green with growth. No hot water in the shower.

Oh my, oh my, I can not recommend this hotel in any way!!!

The place is excellent

I did like the check in & airport transfer and check out. That was all very professional. The room very clean. The bar staff where I had a cup of coffee was great. I liked the people, they were friendly and nice. The price was very good.
However, there were no towels in my room and after repeatedly calling the front desk I finally went in search of towels for my room myself. The front desk never resolved the issue. The same when I booked a massage. They never told me it had been rescheduled until I called because they were 1/2 hour late arriving. Then they rescheduled and again they were a half hour late. I wasted all evening waiting on them to respond with answers. Bad on my part that I did not just cancel. Bad customer service on their part. A little communication would have gone a long way. At lunch the first three things I ordered they were out of. In all three cases it took them 15 minutes to come back and tell me they were out of the item. So it took me almost and hour too order lunch. I really want to like this facility. They need a lot of work though.

Modern and fun, entering the hotel lobby the eclectic furniture and decorations are very eye catching. Check-in service is quite friendly, fast. The spacious lobby area is equipped with a bar, welcome drink, and what is quite interesting is a playstation spot, as well as a music area.

It was very interesting, when we found that in several parts of the hotel, there were comfortable sofas, massage chairs, statues, paintings, and even beautiful spots that visitors could use to take photos and relax themselves.

deluxe double with sea view, our room is spacious, the mattress is very comfortable, good hot water, complete amenities, water hiter functions well, safe deposit is available. We are very happy with the AC which functions well, and the smoking room doesn't feel stuffy.
Beautiful sunset through the room view, only through the window, we hope to find a balcony so that we can be more satisfied enjoying the evening view, without having to leave the room.

dinner at the restaurant with a menu of chicken with maranggi spices and mango juice, overall it has a delicious taste, the spices penetrate, with the addition of complementary vegetables, adding to the taste. Sweet mango without artificial sweeteners, quite refreshing.

The live music atmosphere is only available until 9pm, giving you peace to rest comfortably and enjoy the serene waves.

Breakfast is amazing, with a variety of food choices, small cakes, salads, with neat and clean restaurant decoration, making the day lively.

We hope that Swissbell Court Kupang management will always improve the quality of comfort in all aspects of the hotel.

WiFi problems first three days. No further problems once they moved me to a better room and installed a new Router. Very Friendly and Kind Staff. WiFi is my main need, as I work in International Business and TeleMedicine. Now that the WiFi problem is fixed, I plan to use this Hotel regularly. - Dr. EnRico

One of best hotel with the best sunset view and excellent service. The room was clean and big and also they give room with best seaview, the food also taste will comeback to this hotel for sure on next stay, thankyou swissbellcourt kupang keep it up

The hospitality of SwissBellcourt hotel are superb !!!, pak Pandu help us with our transport and all the staff are delightful. The hotel are located beside Kelapa Lima beach where you can enjoy fresh grilled fish. I enjoy staying in Swiss Belcourt Kupang.

Swissbell Kupang is a comfort place with beautiful beach view, delicious breakfast menu. Krisanta is a humble service on receptionis employee. Thanks to all of service in this hotel, and I hope I would stay in another day with my family at this hotel.
