We were never told the hotels pools and slides are closed for maintenance, we found out only during our check in.
We were also not informed that the adventure park is closed on Monday-Tuesday and our kids missed to go there.
The manager Felix was a complete shame!! Another hotel employee said we can bring food from outside and he wouldn’t let us in.
The overall experience was one big disappointment!

The hotel is highly overrated and falls far short of the luxury experience it claims to provide. Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30 minutes just to check in, which immediately set a poor tone.
The swimming pool experience was even more disappointing. Although there were at least 10 staff members present, they were unprofessional, inattentive, and clearly not trained to the standards one would expect from a hotel of this supposed class. While service in other areas of the hotel was slightly better, it was still far from impressive.
The casino and its integration into the hotel are, frankly, a joke. It feels poorly managed and adds nothing of value to the overall experience.
In my opinion, the stay may be worth considering only if the price is around €200 per night, which is what this hotel actually deserves. Anything above that is simply not justified.

Not safe and stole from me nobody answer to me
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights as a family—my wife, our two teenage boys (17 and 13), and our 5-year-old daughter.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities, professional and friendly staff, and great service. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide and delicious variety.
However, our experience at the pools was disappointing. The main adults-only pool was closed throughout the weekdays and only opened during the weekend—something that should have been clearly communicated in advance.
Family and kids’ activities were limited and below expectations. Poolside parties and water slide regulations lacked proper safety oversight and professionalism. While the kids’ area, game zone, and adventure park were nice, the overall pool experience for families fell short of standard.
Additionally, poolside waiter service was extremely slow and inconsistent.
While the hotel has many strong points, it is overpriced for the overall experience—especially given the limited access to key facilities and the subpar family-friendly offerings.
Prime steak restaurant was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with wide choice

If you are planning a family vacation - this is NOT the hotel for you.
From seeing photos and reading reviews of the property we thought we found the perfect spot for our family vacation but we were wrong - the lobby smells like a huge cigarette, there are many weird limitations such as you can’t order Wolt/food to the hotel nor bring it to the pool, you are not allowed to bring children under the age of 12 to the indoor pool from 12PM, thirsty? I suggest you drink some tap water or buy a small water bottle for 2.5€. In addition, in order to get to the breakfast you need to go through the Casino.
In addition there are some “VIP” areas in the pool which are closed to the normal audience for some reason (there were no signs indicates that these are “special” areas).
The good side is that the Hotel is really nice and the rooms were really great;the breakfast were also great, and the mall is very close so you can walk for a 10 minutes or so and play bowling since the hotel doesn’t have any attractions at all except the casino and the adventure park.

Excellent hôtel. Hôtel très récent et très luxueux. Personnel à la réception pour le check-in hyper sympa, Fidela et Valentin. Chambre très spacieuse et premium. Piscines super agréable pour passer un beau moment en famille. Le parc « Adventure Park » est extra. Le restaurant Amber Dragon est excellent. Personnel très sympa et service super, avec Enrico. Le casino est une super expérience.
The service was bad. The food on the restaurant was very low culinary. The hotel was full for therefore not enough food on breakfast. There is jo shuttle to the beach only on the weekend .
Don’t even serve water for incoming guests and don’t let you bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool so you will have to buy.
A beautiful big hotel with cheap hospitality
Everything was perfect except for the kids adventure park was half closed due to staff training knowing that its high season and stayed 1 night , kids couldn’t enjoy…
Also not enough space for parents to sit while waiting fot the kids.
