Pros:

It was a nice quiet property, the customer service was responsive so that’s a plus since everything is done digitally. It did suck that the room did not have a remote for the TV.

People living there long term party, drink, smoke pot, fight, scream and hollar in the evenings till late. Very rude and sarcastic to people.

Pros:

Rooms are big, clean, well maintained. There are no staff after hours, all thru your phone. You have to get a code to get in. The parking lot is not big when they are near full and it’s hard to park.

Inconvenient check-in after 5pm, dated, but clean.
Pros:

Front desk help is nonexistent. My security deposit hasn’t been returned and no idea why they might withhold $100. The area seemed a little sketchy at first glance but was overall just fine. Their check-in system after 5pm is horrible. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to get into the room because the front desk people couldn’t get their stuff together enough to send a simple code. The room was fine, super dated furniture, but at least the ac worked and the housekeeper did a great job of making it look nice and clean.

Pros:

There is no one to sign you in it’s all done on your phone. You have to give a $35.00 non refundable dep or $100.00 refundable dep to get an access code. Rooms are nice, clean, bed average. Parking lot is small. Elevator to 2nd floor no stairs seen.

Pros:

Very hard time getting into the buliding.Make sure you do everything before you arrive.If not you would be locked out of the buliding.I had to get a room elsewhere for that night.Still waiting on my refund for that one day. My room was nice.The coffee maker and the toaster wasn't working,Told the worker and was told they would correct the issue. That wasn't done .

The place was nice and comfortable except the front room was nice and cool and it was so hot in the bedroom. No air in the bedroom whatsoever aside from the ceiling fan. Also when i pulled out the couch sofa for my daughter it was full of food crumbs and a sock. Not cool. I immediately changed the sheets

I made a reservation and the system sent me to an external app called metro. ITS NOT A HOTEL BUT APARTMENTS WHERE THEY RENT ROOMS. Had issue with the app called and they wanted me to send the details of my card to al mobile number. Went to the leasing office around 3 pm and nobody was there unable to use my reservation and they refuse to refund me

The property was old, which is okay, but cleanliness and lack of main trash can in the room were an issue.

The couch was gross, bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and I didn’t trust the comforter.

Noisy Neighbors
Pros:

The place was okay. The other visitors were not concerned with how they interfere with other's stay. Screaming kids at odd hours distracted from the stay. Then the fridge started to make loud noises.
