That furniture in the property needs to be upgraded. We had two pent houses one with old outdated furniture and one with leather furniture. No consistency with the look
Such an amazing stay ! Room was huge and soooooo amazing ! Theo is so amazing with getting anything you need and very quick with responses. Would definitely stay again.
Expedia canceled reservation as I was just about to checkin. The worst experience with Expedia ever! All they said is “sorry for the inconvenience “ well sorry does not help at 9pm trying to find another property yo stay.
The stay was amazing the only thing is they need more dining room table chairs cause one the arm was broken and the rest were kind of wiggling.

Everything was just great
Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Das Eisfach muss abgetaut werden. Es ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Bei einer Durchsicht vor Anreise sollte das auffallen.
Easy access to the strip but seems like it is out of the craziness. Disconnected from the casinos.

Spacious
It was kinda dirty and they wouldn’t allow late checkout. I did not get the amount of beds I asked for but there was a kitchen.
The hotel was great. The room could use a little refreshing. Head board was torn, marks on the ceiling and unidentifiable substance on the painting on the wall. Not maintained like the regular rooms. However it was a good value considering the savings.
The pools at the Signature were great!

with regular The Signature MGM staff. Everyone (valet, bellboy,front desk) were welcoming and friendly.
ROOM-
looked clean besides a few things (faded red stain on carpet by bedside and smudges on table top).
PROBLEM-
Early bedtime since we had a 3am wake up for Grand Canyon trip. Went to brush teeth and ROACH in the sink. It ran FAST to edges under sink cabinet. We had to go to bed, so i tried by best to sleep (hard to do worrying of them being all over and into our luggage!!!) We left room 3am (13+hr trip to GC) returned around 830pm. First thing we saw were 4 roaches in bathroom (toilet and sink area). Couldnt brush our teeth or even pee. Looked under the sink (in cabinet) full of roach droppings and couple more roaches- we took pic to show front)
No way we would stay here any longer!
FRONT DESK- unable to help as third party/private owned room. They apologized but claimed nothing they can do (not even look at the many other mgm locations for available rooms). They did try to call Orogoto, but were unable to reach anyone. Right away they stated they are almost impossible to communicate with (we couldnt even respond to hotel.com mgs, hotels com unable to reach either. Other staff disbelief nothing more was available for us.
OWN SOLUTION-
We paid for venetian, shook+carefully packed up our stuff, checked out that night!!
2+ hrs and extra $$$ later, in a clean room at another NOT MGM hotel.
Signature MGM is a wonderful property for those of us who don't want to party all night. It's safe and quiet and very comfortable.
The room was nice but there were a few items that needed repair or attention.
The parking situation is very just terrible. One has to park at MGM grand structure and walk 15 minutes in the darkness to signature very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Valet is only available up to 10pm.
