Inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, tranquilo, el personal excelente, nos han ayudado en todo momento, muy acogedor, cómodo y habitaciones amplías. También agradecer a Berat y Robert, los muchachos de la recepción. Nos ayudaron en todo lo posible, nos ubicaron al llegar por la noche a la ciudad y cenar en un restaurante inmejorable. Fueron super amables, sin duda sin volviéramos a Estambul, nos volveríamos a alojar aquí. Recomendable 100%.

Cons:

Por poner algo, pondría un tostador en los desayunos y leche caliente.

Good budget accommodation in great location, amazing staff
Pros:

The location in the town centre and a few metres from a very nice small square with many nice restaurants.

The staff was outstanding, very welcoming, friendly, advised us of places to eat, kept our luggage hours after our checkout while waiting for taxi and offered us various treats, thank you!

Proche du Grand bazar, mosquée bleu, Aya Sofia et le bazar des épices.

Cons:

La chambre tout à refaire salle de bain il y avait des fuites dans le plafond le ménage par terre n'est pas fait et dans l'espace de la chambre des murs à refaire la peinture il y a des taches partout et l'armoire sans vous parler de la propreté par terre que la femme elle fait que les vitres. Malheureusement ça pue la cigarette dans le 3e étage malgré que je suis parti à la réception il m'a montré l'armoire il y avait les tableaux ou cas si quelqu'un fume il peut être détecté sauf j'ai bien précisé que le plafond de détecteur et marqué par du plastique qui était placé par leur personnel pour éviter les déclenchements des alarmes de l'armoire ça sentait pendant tout mon séjour à l'intérieur de ma chambre alors que je ne fume pas et ça vient de l'étage et même des fois le personnel de l'accueil et laisse la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel ouverte et eux ils fument à l'extérieur et ça fait appel d'air.

Great staff but dirty and poor quality
Pros:

The location was good and you could walk to the major sites in Sultanahmet. The staff were always available and helpful, and spoke good English. We had booked two rooms and they made sure we were next to each other. There were brochures about local tours at reception and staff could help you book the trips (though cheaper ones are available online).

Cons:

The whole place was dirty, there were surfaces that were clearly not cleaned in years, including lots of marks on the walls. My bathroom stank of sewage which seeped through my bedroom. Lots of noise from communal doors being slammed at all times of day. Despite the "free parking" ad, there were 1-2 spots on the street that weren't guaranteed and it was tight. The receptionist insisted on walking us to a nearby restaurant for dinner (which we were happy to accept since we were tired when we arrived) but the restaurant (the first ottoman) was very poor quality, was dirty, staff weren't great, people inside smoked, and the food was tasteless. I wouldn't recommend going to their recommended restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was very basic with very few vegetarian options.

Excelent, recomand cu drag
Pros:

Băiatul de la recepție Robert, super de treabă și un mare avantaj vorbește română, ceea ce a fost foarte ușor de comunicat, ne-a oferit multe informații despre zonele din jurul hotelului, despre zona veche și nouă a Istanbulului, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și amabil, recomand cu mare drag acest hotel, Robert va ajuta în orice situație, un băiat extraordinar de prietenos.
Zilnic se făcea curat în cameră și se schimbau prosoapele!!! Mulțumim mult Hotel Castillo Rojo, pentru confortul și căldura oferită, felicitări lui Robert încă o dată, băiatul de la recepție
