Vriendelijk personeel en een aangenaam verblijf, met enkele verbeterpunten in de badkamer.
Pros:

De service was uitstekend. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om te helpen. De locatie was ook goed en de kamer was comfortabel. Zeer tevreden over Berat en Robert hun service leuke sfeer met hun 🙃

Cons:

Het enige minpunt was de badkamer. Het water viel soms weg tijdens het douchen en de douchekoppen waren niet goed schoongemaakt. Verder was alles in orde.

Pros:

Thanks to personnel of the Castilio Rojo hotel - I express special gratitude to reception guys! Breakfast was good and delicious.
Room was clean and tidy, AC operational and quite, although the overall inner soundproof could have been better.
For some reason, the iPhone had very bad wifi signal on the second floor - Android phone had no problems at all.

Cons:

Bring your rooftop floor back to life so that guest could enjoy it in full)

Pros:

Stambuł jest wielkim miastem i gdzie nie pójdziesz jest daleko. Lokalizacja obiektu może była kłopotliwa dla aut, ale 20 minut spacerkiem i jesteś przy Błękitnym meczecie, a 40 min. w porcie przy moście Galata.
Obsługa hotelu była jego największym atutem. Pan z recepcji doradzał i pomagał nam przy każdym problemie. Bardzo mu za to dziękujemy. W pokojach był czajnik, lodówka i ręczniki. Łóżka były wygodne. Podczas śniadania, każdy znalazł coś dla siebie, a herbata była dostępna na korytarzu przez całą dobę.

Cons:

Niektóre rzeczy wymagały naprawy, na przykład drzwi od łazienek w niektórych pokojach, ale nie wpłynęło to na nasze odczucia co do pobytu. Przeszkadzały jedynie nocne pogaduszki na patio, które trwały nawet do 3 nad ranem.
