Pros:

The hotel is located in good location.
But it’s very not clean and not comfortable.
The room was dirty when we have checked in - bathroom, pillows, floor.
The bad is really not comfortable.
During checking in, we got only one key.
We have asked for one more, but answered that we need to give deposit for it.
We got only one tower daily despite the fact we were two in the room

全体的に素晴らしかったです！特にベットのマットレスが快適でした。受付の方も良くしてくれました。1階にコンビニがあるのもとても良かったです。毎日掃除にも来てくれました。
　しかし、トイレとお風呂の間にドアがないので、びちゃびちゃになりそこが少し大変でした。また、バスタブがないのでお湯につかりたい方は別のホテルをおすすめします。

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de varias líneas del metro y paradas se autobus, el desayuno muy básico. La habitación de buen tamaño y con todo lo necesario.

Nos tocó piso 17, la vista al océano fue genial.

Pros:

沒有免治馬桶，我記得確定有免治馬桶才下定的。海景可以看到碼頭！
三個人帶了兩個大行李箱+1個中的行李箱，是沒有地方可以放的。
櫃檯男性講中文的服務人員，服務非常得好。女性的工作人員也是充滿笑容服務。
整體來說以市區的飯店價格來說，是可以接受的價格。

南浦洞、チャガルチエリアにあり非常に便利。
リフォームされていて綺麗で快適で、使いやすい部屋。シティ側で釜山タワーと街が綺麗に見えテンションがあがりました。
部屋の清掃は頼まなかったが、タオルとボトルウォーターを袋に入れておいてくれたので助かります。
フロントスタッフも親近感あり親切でした。
気持ちのよい滞在ができました。

Pros:

It was bad. Very bad quality mattresses. So small can't even fit or open 2 medium size luggage . Flush pressure was low . managed to get the toilet fixed after repeated complaints.

地點方便易搵，但要到南浦洞2號出才有電梯，在札嘎其市場附近，所以一下樓會聞到一陣魚腥味道，幸好在房間沒有。
入住一定要檢查清楚房間的窗有冇關好，我就是第一晚不知道沒關窗，有蚊子飛進來了
房間能開一個28吋行李箱
附近就是biff 市場，又是國際市場，逛街很方便！

Good location, but a bit soulless
Pros:

Griffinbay Hotel is a decent choice for convenience: steps from the BIFF Centre, street-food stalls, shops, and Jagalchi Market, with buses to the rest of Busan around the corner. The harbour’s an easy walk, too. Rooms are adequate: clean bed, decent shower, nothing more, nothing less. That said, the place feels impersonal; lobby and halls could belong to any budget chain, and staff interaction is minimal. Fine for a short stay, but don’t expect much character.

Pros:

預定很早就確定了，卻因為超賣，住三晚還需要更換房間，重點可以再確認房間的時間在下午三點，造成很大的不便，然後住三晚後離開一晚去遠方旅行，然後第五晚再回來住，寄放行李還收費，這是我自助旅行這麼次，第一次遇到飯店收費的😂😂😂
