Pros:

Location was fantastic lovely water view from our room, easy to find your way around downtown, close to the waterfront, cafes, restaurants, public transport and tourist sites.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were very compact. Bed needs to be in a better position as it was difficult climbing over my spouse when getting in and out of bed.
Having the head of the bed against the window would even be a better position.

Pros:

I loved that the property was walking distance to everything and majority of the attractions that Seattle has to offer. Everyone was super nice & welcoming! Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

No complaints other than there wasn’t room service lol but there was a restaurant/bar downstairs which was convenient!

Pros:

I like the fact that the common areas were clean and well organized . Team members were always accessible. Water (plain and sparkling) was complementary and coffee and other beverages were available for fee

Trendy hotel but uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Free coffee,close to airport train and boardwalk. Staff friendly

Cons:

General area is historic but didnt feel safe as witnessed open drug use in the locale. Room small, bed very hard and uncomfortable, with only one pillow provided. Bathroom situation is a glass screen for toilet, ensure u know your travel mate well! Bit disappointed as trendy hotel that's forgotten their primary purpose is sleep for patrons.

Won’t use this hotel again.
Pros:

Didn’t buy it. For the selection they put out, don’t look like it worth $22.00/per person.

Cons:

Not even provide cup/glasses in the room, let along coffee in the room or lobby. Room is extremely small . Hallway lighting and deco are tacky for us. Not worth the money we paid for the night.
