Pros:

Clean and modern hotel. Bar in lobby, and good hot breakfast in the morning with good coffee.

Cons:

Pillows are terrible, beds were ok. Could not get the room to a comfortable temp, was either too hot or too cold.

Comfort, cleanliness and a pool - everything we needed.
Pros:

As we need to be in Parry Sound periodically, this facility is ideal for us. The breakfast is more than sufficient and we make use of both the work-out area and the pool which both meet our needs. We'll be back.

Won't stay at best western hotels anymore due to to many dogs and large dogs. I shouldn't have to contact front desk for barking dogs. Hotels are no place for large dogs.

Very comfortable, good location for all activities, Cleaning staff was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The Breakfast lady was unbelievable and always moving, resupplying and cleaning. She deserves a real call out!

There was a bit of noise from the parking lot and hallways.

Pros:

The cleaner in the kitchen area never changed her gloves. She picked up changed garbage then restocked the bagels. It was disgusting. The only bad experience there i saw
