Excellent location, great room and customer service

Excellent location of the major highway. Used to grow up in the area and moved out to live in Melbourne. We stayed there overnite due to visiting my parents and to attend a 50th birthday party. Reception staff were friendly and approachable. Bar and restaurant was spacious, clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. Our room had the view on the top floor (6 floors in total) of the Mt Dandenong ranges. It was comfortable, spotless, clean, bathroom lovely, water pressure great and bed was lovely ( a housekeeper myself from another part of Victoria). Will definitely come back again.

When travelling for business, this hotel provides a very comfortable place to stay. Located in a business area the hotel provides almost everything required for a pleasant stay.

Pros:

We were there for a wedding, and many guests were not checked in until much later than 3pm, even those that had paid for an early check in. There are no small amenities in the room such as a shower cap and there are no tea or coffee making facilities. The initial booking process was also poor with errors made with a booking extension. However, the food was very good overall.
