Gostei muito da minha estadia. Desde o pequeno-almoço, à simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, até à excelente localização, tudo foi impecável. Senti-me muito bem recebida e recomendo este alojamento a quem procure conforto e qualidade.

Cons:

Hotel je vintage,ma svoju čarovnú atmosféru.Ale k vintage patrí aj vlažná voda na sprchovanie,zle zaizolovne steny,a svetlo ktoré preniká do vašej izby z chodby.Ranajky základne ale stále za tú cenu paráda.

Great location. Sophia was very friendly and helpful during the stay, providing excellent dinner restaurant recommendations. The place is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions and tour meeting points.

Accueil chaleureux de la part des hôtes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, plutôt bien situé, et nettoyage des chambres nickel. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Une très grosse pente, à prendre en compte pour ceux qui ne sont pas adeptes de marche.

My fiancée and I stayed in the Grand Balyan and we were so charmed. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the old city. The breakfast was tasty and abundant. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and was big enough for all of our luggage and for us to relax at the end of a day of exploring. The absolute best aspect of the hotel was the staff. Miss Sophia made us feel welcome immediately and was so kind and interested in our experiences and made it impossible not to love Istanbul. Just Miss Sophia’s hospitality made everything worth it. Я тоже бы хотел отметить русскоговорящие сотрудники отеля. Мисс Сузанна и Мисс Наргиз тоже делали все возможное чтобы мы чувствовали себя дома. I would recommend ANYONE to stay at this hotel. The staff alone make this in my opinion the best hotel in Istanbul.

Cons:

There is nothing that I didn’t like in this hotel. I had a perfect stay.

Overall I had a very good experience. Specially Sophia was a really nice and helpful lady. She was so kind and helpful to me.

Cons:

Needs a bit of improvement on the breakfast side. Breakfast was ok but it needs little bit more items to add.
