Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Balyan hotel in Istanbul! The location was perfect, right next to the tram, which made getting around the city very easy. The view from the rooftop was absolutely amazing!
Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpfull and we truly appreciated it.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Personalul (doamna Sophia de la recepție foarte prietenoasa și foarte amabila. Ne-a recomandat restaurante în zona și ne-a împrumutat cardul pentru transportul public)

Cons:

Curățenia. În baie( pe chiuveta) încă erau fire de par din barba celui care a fost înainte. Pe mobilierul din baie erau urme de sapun/sampon. Biroul nu era curățat.

La propreté dans la salle de bain, la température et l’humidité dans la chambre. Heureusement qu’il y a la climatisation.

Pros:

立地はグランドバザール南のＴ1ベズヤット駅から徒歩５分の好立地。外観は昔ながらの古宿に見えるが、部屋はキレイにリノベされ快適。アメニティグッズも充実。なんと言っても自慢のテラスでの朝食が付いているのが素敵。テラスからの眺望は贅沢の極み。一見の価値あり。

Cons:

季節外れの寒さでテラスの窓も屋根も閉まっていたのは仕方がないけど、窓がキレイだと嬉しい。

Na přespání úžasný , nečekejte velkou kvalitu

Dostupnost k památkám ! Naprosto úžasný místo !

Cons:

Pokoje jsou malé ale příjemné , jen zdi jsou fakt papírové a pokud máte hlučnější sousedy, nevyspíte se a snídaně katastrofa ale kolem ubytování je toho spoustu

Ambiente acogedor y bonitas vistas en el desayuno
Pros:

La atención en recepción fue espléndida, Sofía nos recibió con su sonrisa cada día y nos recomendó todos los lugares buenos para comer y visitar. La ubicación está muy cerca de un parada de tranvía que recorre todos los puños turísticos y en una calle con bastante ambiente de restauración si recorres unos pocos metros hacia arriba de la calle. スタッフさんがとにかく素敵で、娘のように可愛がってくれます。タクシーの手配など色々お願いしてしまいましたが、快く引き受けてくれるどころか、温かく見送ってくれました。

Cons:

私はもう寝るだけだったので構わないですが、廊下や周辺の部屋の音はダダ漏れなので、部屋でゆっくり何かしたいときは気になるかもです。
浴室の臭いがあるため、ドアは閉め切っていたほうが良いです。

Очень классный персонал, особенно менеджер Наргиз, помогла с размещением, такси и советами по городу. Номер был небольшой, но уютный и светлый! Терраса огонь, вечером сидеть пить кофе и курить - одно удовольствие. Расположение очень удобное

Cons:

Завтраки, это нельзя назвать завтраками, там даже нет нормального кофе. Там нет ни-че-го. Спасибо Наргиз, которая была очень внимательна к нам и поухаживала за нами в плане кофе и других мелочей. Очень смутило постельное белье и полотенца - их пора просто выкинуть (застиранные, в катышках)
