Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig ,sehr schön.
Das Bad hat uns auch gefallen,
Ob man jetzt das Schwarzwald Mädel in der Dusche braucht weiß ich nicht.
Gestört hat Sie uns nicht.
Die Lage ist sehr gut,man kann ringsherum essen gehen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit.
Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist auch hinterm Haus.

Cons:

Am Wochenende hat das Hotel anscheinend den Besitzer gewechselt.
Kein Internet mehr,
Wlan Wechsel ohne Info ,erst bei Nachfrage neues Passwort erhalten.
Bei hoher Zimmer Belegung nicht ausreichend Platz für alle.
Beim check-out wurden zehn Cent Nachzahlung verlangt,das war absolut lächerlich.
Da es auch nicht mein verschulden war ,angeblich nur mit Karten Zahlung möglich war .
Einfach kleinlich und unnötig.

Pros:

Aircondition ging nicht, Fernseher hat Streifen und ruckelt um Bild ca 28 Grad nachts im dritten Stock. Doppelt die Kosten abgebucht und dann auch noch behauptet die erste Abbuchung sei lediglich eine Art Absicherung.... Total unprofessionell...

Schlechter Service,
Pros:

Das Zimmer selbst, war gut.

Cons:

- Personal war nur mässig serviceorientiert und ebenso kompetent (z.B. falsches W-Lan-Password.)
- Keine Zimmer-Reinigung (bei 3 Übernachtungen, trotz Reklamation)
- Kein Tausch der Handtücher (bei 3 Übernachtungen, trotz Reklamation)
- Betten nicht einmal "gemacht" (bei 3 Übernachtungen, trotz Reklamation)
- Tiefgarage überbucht

Comfortable
Pros:

This was the most modern hotel we stayed in on our trip but it was very good

Cons:

As up to date as the hotel is I was a little disappointed that the tv didn’t have the facility to communicate with TV apps such as Netflix

Modernes Hotel
Pros:

Modernes Zimmer mit eigenwilliger Gestaltung. Frühstück war in Ordnung. In der Umgebung sind einige interessante Restaurants.

Cons:

Wenn man spät anreist, ist die Parksituation kompliziert. Parkgarage ausgebucht und einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden, ist sehr schwierig.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem Neubauwohngebiet was sehr praktisch ist. In 30 Min erreicht man zur Fuß die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer Spielplatz was im Frühjahr/Sommer bzw bei gutem Wetter bis ganz spät sehr gut besucht ist. Dementsprechend ist es ziemlich laut, wenn man das Fenster offen lässt.

Ich werde mich beim nächsten Mal wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.
Pros:

Modern, sauber, gute Lage (für meinen Zweck).

Cons:
