Freundliche und Hilfsbereite Hotel Personal. Saubere und Comfortablen Zimmer, in Beste Lage von Freiburg.

Cons:

Das Topping von Bett war so weich, Rutsch hin und her. Wenn befestigt wurde das wirds nicht passiert.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Matratze war wirklich sehr bequem.

Cons:

Kissen sind nicht sehr bequem, flockige Knötchen in den Kissen. Im Badezimmer riecht es sehr unangenehm.

Good location but not a great experience, overall.
Pros:

It's very conveniently located, right next to a tram stop and some interesting restaurants. The staff were nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it's the attention to details. The room was not clean, specifically there was long hair left on the headrests, in the bathroom, and there was spilt drink stain on the lside table. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty and not refilled over my 3 days stay. The mattresses and the covers were very cheap and tired fron usage. Not a great experience especially given how much i was charged per night.
