Just disappointed
Pros:

Only outside pool

Cons:

Staff never helps. Everywhere is dirty . They don’t have any qualified staff all look like they just start working in a hotel and don’t know what to do. When you ask for help because we have 1 year old daughter with us even very easy things they rejected to do. In very difficult conditions bad weather we were alone.

Genel anlamda çok beğendik özellikle restoranda Arslan Gümüş şefim inanılmaz yardımcı oldu ve mükemmel yemekler hazırlad

Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi hemen pistlere ulaşım sağlanabiliyordu. Yemekler çok iyiydi otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve hemen yardımınıza koşuyorlardı….

Cons:

Özellikle akşamları yemekle beraber alınan alkollü içkilerin fiyatlarini çok çok çok abartılı bulduk sanki alkol almamamız için düzenlenmiş bir fiyat listesi gibi geldi yurt dışından gelenler için bile çok fahiş fiyatlarlardı bir bira Avrupa’nın hiçbir yerinde 12 Euro’ya satılmıyor 70 Lik rakı viski Mcallen fiyatına veriyorlardı gerçekten insan kendini burada enayi gibi hissediyor Avrupa’da ve dünyada bir çok yeri gördükten sonra bu yapılanın çok ayıp olduğunu düşünüyoruz….

Отель свежий, номера комфортные, хороший спа. Персонал приятный, старается помочь по всем вопросам.

Cons:

Температура в номерах и местах общественного пользования очень высокая, невозможно ни спать, ни ужинать, ни переодеваться в лыжи. Регулировка температуры с пульта управления в номере невозможна. Завтрак и ужин - несъедобны. Оказывается, даже омлет может быть невкусным. Винная карта к ужину не предлагается, обслуживание только в баре.
После ночного снегопада в 9 утра центральный вход отеля не очищен от снега. Пробирались к такси с багажом через сугробы. Отель очень неряшливо и безвкусно декорирован к новогодним праздникам.

Не первый раз , есть с чем сравнивать .
Бассейн на улице с теплой соленой водой - как лучший массажист и антидепрессант вместе )))

Cons:

Слишком турецкая еда для такого уровня отеля . Отсутствие каши утром .

Het was de derde keer dat wij hier verbleven voor onze skivakantie; het was opnieuw geweldig en wij komen zeker weer terug!

Cons:

De extra kosten die worden doorberekend vanuit het chalet en de skilounge moeten goed gecontroleerd worden om onnodige kosten te voorkomen.

Luxury in the Mountians
Pros:

Right on the slopes and such a lovely place to enjoy nature and the vibes from the many many seating areas and restaurants. The views are incredible, the spa amazing and the best rentals inside wonderful.

The staff was super nice and accommodating.
