Staff and service was exceptional. Special thanks to our guest relations officer Neha Ghosh. She just made our stay super special with her great customer service. Our little one had so much dun in kids section. Food was fantastic while chef's specialised care.

We loved the live Indian instrumental music playing in the morning during breakfast at the reception lobby & buffet area both. The Malsi Forest walk by Mr Abhishek was awesome , we loved it. The staff was very polite, helpful, & caring. We would definitely recommend this beautiful Hyatt Regency resort to our friends & family. Whenever we are in Dehradun this will be our place to relax & unwind. Had a great 3 days.

Cons:

The swimming pool had cold water so we could not swim. During wedding season the area for both wedding guests & other in-house guests should be separate, as it becomes very difficult to get breakfast in such a crowded area.

In conclusion, it was good stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

Service for breakfast was very slow.
If you ask for tea, it will come after 10minutes or even later.

Great stay in Dehradun
Pros:

Outstanding staff and service.

Deepak was an excellent manager/host, all the kitchen staff were really helpful and the food was great, special shout out to Naveen who was a great chef and made bespoke options, and Vikram for his helpful attitude.

Serving staff, Bikash was always eager to help, Nikhil was very diligent. Tisha and Sanjana and other staff always positive and smiling.

Harshit did a great job cleaning my room and Julie was super helpful too. Varun gave great advice about what to do in the local area.

Many other staff were similarly good

Gym and pool were good and with superb views.

Would absolutely return for the hospitality, facilities and location

A PERFECT PLACE FOR COMFORT, WARMTH, AND EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY.
Pros:

Excellent Property!

The Hotel is very strategically located and is very modern. Breakfast was exceptional, there was literally everything that one would want from Indian and Continental cuisines and moreover it was beautifully laid. The experience was made even more soothing by classical Indian music being played in the hotel lobby.

The location of the property is also good, its right at the foothills and very close to Rajpur road, Dehradoon, where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and also the famous pacific shopping mall. On the other end we were just 30-45 minutes away from the queen of the hills, Mussoorie, a very famous Indian hill station.

The hotel has a nice kids room which my son really enjoyed. The hotel spa is fantastic and it has a great jacuzzi, wherein both me and my wife saw spectacular views of the mountains taking a hot water dip.

It also has a very functional gym (please trust me on this one as I am a fitness freak) and a year around temperature controlled swimming pool, which my family accessed in the month of January( this includes my 9 year old son).

Moreover it also has two fantastic restaurants and bars, which served us exceptional food and cocktails.

The rooms of the hotel are very spacious and the staff of the hotel is courteous. The housekeeping staff Anushka Sharma did a wonderful job and kept our rooms clean and cosy.

I would really want to visit again and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your family for a quite getaway.
