Real nice hotel and wonderful staff who are so eager to make you stay memorable. Special thanks to Abhishek who organised Mansi trails, took so much efforts to explan everu detail. 'Chai pe Charcha' evening programming was wonderfully organised. The singer was so good. Music group in the lobby in the morning was extraordinary. Had a great stay

Liked the location, Ambience and the staff

Cons:

Food quality was bad . The pizza ordered by us had human hair in it and the quality of food was not as per Hyatt standards . Our room door lock was not working properly although it was replaced but still we faced inconvenience

Pros:

Hotel food. Facilities.Naturist who took us to jungle is very knowlegable and explained us everything very well

Cons:

Initially it was a shock as hotel denied occupation by telling that AC not working. After lot of discussion they agreed to provide us alternate accommodation. This sort of behaviour not acceptable from 5 star property. Later they made up with qualty service.

Staff and service was exceptional. Special thanks to our guest relations officer Neha Ghosh. She just made our stay super special with her great customer service. Our little one had so much dun in kids section. Food was fantastic while chef's specialised care.
