Cons:

It was overly hyped property. It was not worth the 35-40k we payed for night!

Don’t go with the photos first explore and then book! Worth not the money!


Even the housekeeping staffs are not that professional!

I went for my Son birthday & already inform them to arrange cake by they give us 100 gm small cake even not mention

The location and facilities are great. The staff is courteous and polite. Mehandi and Rhythm were exceptional as staff.

Cons:

While we appreciated the upgrade (as our booked room wasn’t available when we checked in), when we transferred to our own booked room on the third day, it was not clean enough for a new room. Julie immediately got the room sanitized/ cleaned, acknowledging the miss on her staff’s part. Appreciate Julie for jumping on the issue promptly!

​Hyatt Regency Dehradun has exceeded my expectations yet again. This was my second stay within a 30-day span, and the consistency of their world-class hospitality is absolutely unmatched.
​What truly sets this property apart is its incredible team. I have to give a massive shoutout to my absolute favorites: Mr. Aman, Ms. Mehendi, and Ms. Preeti. These individuals are immaculate professionals who go above and beyond. They made my stay incredibly joyful, anticipated every need, and genuinely made me feel right at home.
​The property is stunning, the service is flawless, and the staff treats you like family. If you are visiting Dehradun, this is hands-down the only place to stay. I will definitely be back soon!

Family staycation at Hyatt Regency Dehradun.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful,polite and welcoming. Every one has a smile on their face and they were always there for the help.
On arrival,we were worried after seeing almost 50-70 people waiting for check in, that crowd was due to the wedding in the hotel. Despite so many guests our check-in was very smooth, Thanks to Neha for making sure that we had a warm welcome and hassle free check-in.
Amit Chawla , Director of operations, ensured us that we will have a wonderful stay and I would say He and his team really made our stay wonderful.
He provided some complimentary activities for our Daughter and she loved it.
Thanks to Neha for the lovely Dodo.
They also provided us complimentary access to their regency club, Sunset view from the club lounge is awesome.
Special mention to the chef Devendra for the lovely pizza making experience for our Daughter, she really loved it.
The morning Mansi forest trek was very soothing and refreshing, Abhishek from the Experience maker team made this experience a memorable one . He did a great job and we had a perfect start to our day.
Food is Good, the views from and around the property are great and the staff is wonderful. Overall we really Loved our stay there. Thanks to the entire team of Hyatt .

Cons:

Just one thing which made me feel bad for a few minutes was the room not being cleaned even after switching ON to clean my room sign. Later on we got to know that they didn't clean because they thought we were wedding guests and must be having some valuable items with us so they were waiting for us to return so they could clean it in front of us.
Julie from the house keeping team personally visited us before our check out and apologised for it. She was very sweet and gave us a hand written note which stated that they really cared about us.
