Exceptional Second Stay—Feels Like a Luxurious Home Away from Home!
Pros:

​Hyatt Regency Dehradun has exceeded my expectations yet again. This was my second stay within a 30-day span, and the consistency of their world-class hospitality is absolutely unmatched.
​What truly sets this property apart is its incredible team. I have to give a massive shoutout to my absolute favorites: Mr. Aman, Ms. Mehendi, and Ms. Preeti. These individuals are immaculate professionals who go above and beyond. They made my stay incredibly joyful, anticipated every need, and genuinely made me feel right at home.
​The property is stunning, the service is flawless, and the staff treats you like family. If you are visiting Dehradun, this is hands-down the only place to stay. I will definitely be back soon!

Family staycation at Hyatt Regency Dehradun.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful,polite and welcoming. Every one has a smile on their face and they were always there for the help.
On arrival,we were worried after seeing almost 50-70 people waiting for check in, that crowd was due to the wedding in the hotel. Despite so many guests our check-in was very smooth, Thanks to Neha for making sure that we had a warm welcome and hassle free check-in.
Amit Chawla , Director of operations, ensured us that we will have a wonderful stay and I would say He and his team really made our stay wonderful.
He provided some complimentary activities for our Daughter and she loved it.
Thanks to Neha for the lovely Dodo.
They also provided us complimentary access to their regency club, Sunset view from the club lounge is awesome.
Special mention to the chef Devendra for the lovely pizza making experience for our Daughter, she really loved it.
The morning Mansi forest trek was very soothing and refreshing, Abhishek from the Experience maker team made this experience a memorable one . He did a great job and we had a perfect start to our day.
Food is Good, the views from and around the property are great and the staff is wonderful. Overall we really Loved our stay there. Thanks to the entire team of Hyatt .

Cons:

Just one thing which made me feel bad for a few minutes was the room not being cleaned even after switching ON to clean my room sign. Later on we got to know that they didn't clean because they thought we were wedding guests and must be having some valuable items with us so they were waiting for us to return so they could clean it in front of us.
Julie from the house keeping team personally visited us before our check out and apologised for it. She was very sweet and gave us a hand written note which stated that they really cared about us.

Pros:

The hospitality was impeccable including a warm welcome with Buransh drink. All the staff members were not only warm but present with solutions, if required.
Chefs at the breakfast buffet were thoughtful to be taking rounds themselves and personally ask the guests if they had any particular requirements. Pool was also well maintained and so was the gym. Staff members were also patient in providing information related to leisure activities every day.

Most importantly, I must give the biggest shoutout to Mr. Jitendra, who is an Italian chef at 'Range'- his concept of fusion dishes every morning with that warm smile and bright vibes up his sleeves, enhanced our breakfast experience in the least. He is not only a great chef but a greater human- extremely dedicated and passionate to his craft.

Food at 'Beyul' was real good along with Mr. Rahul, who took special care of our specifications related to our order there. The atmosphere at Beyul is appreciable as well. A must visit!

Cons:

While the breakfast spread was undoubtedly vast throughout our stay, the quality of dishes that we preferred was not that great unfortunately. Perhaps, that could also be to suit everybody's needs but this was a little challenging. For instance, Vermicelli, porridge, sambar- all had fewer or no veggies as such. Paranthas were more flour than the filling and seemed undercooked. Nonetheless, we requested the servers to personalise the paranthas for us and they made them satisfactory if not too great still, so it became doable.

Loved the location, property, service, ambience and staff. It's such an infant friendly property as my 4 month old baby didn't face any issues and enjoyed her stay. We are definitely coming back.
