Bad stay don’t go there they not up to date or clean up right, have dirty chairs
Pros:

Nothing it’s was a horrible one night there. It was dirty i have plenty of pictures. Old looking, inside pool not work old picture to try to make it look nice. I couldn’t deal i need a refund fast.

What didn't I like,..hmm..where do I start...the rooms were unclean, roaches in the drawer..on the floor,AND under my pillow...we didn't stay...andthet refused to give us All of our money back...they only wanted to refund for two nights..they still owe us for one night. We shouldn't have to pay for inconvenience

I expected a bit better of a room since I booked the king suite but all in all it was fine.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and never had any issues, it’s a great location right off the highway with everything you need close by

Cons:

The property was fine and pretty clean, some trash outside on the lot. The room on the other hand was not cleaned, there were no pillows or blankets, no lamp, the TV didn’t work, the tub was filthy, no microwave or coffee maker, and the staff was extremely rude when I asked for the towels and bedding that weren’t in my room. Also the pool was not working so that was lame.

They had a soda machine

Cons:

Waited 2 days for a microwave stayed nine days and we had housekeeping one and that was cause i threw a fit when checking in there was trash in my garbage can I had to go to Walmart, buy towels and wash rags cause I went to laundry several times for them and was giving none. The pool was closed all week except for the last two days of my trip when I asked, they said inspection inspection. Sidewalk was wet. I had a fall told him about it. They couldn’t care less. I told the house keeper could i please get our room clean i was about to go back to walmart and buy a broom and bucket she actually asked me if I wanted to use hers i will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN I feel like I should get some kind of a refund. It was terrible and when I say terrible, I mean terrible. I also did not feel safe there every time I went outside there were people looking around acting sketch you smelled marijuana everywhere you went. If i could have gotten my money back i for sure would have left i still hurt from my fall and pics on line showed a hot tub it was all boarded up so no hot tub either

False advertisement. Facility looks clean on the outside but the inside is horrible. Paint is terrible. Piles of clothes next to the trash can, curtains raggedy. Then the actual room… a hot mess. Floors were dirty and sticky, sheets dirty, refrigerator dirty, dirt ring along with hair in the tub, faucet to tub dirty, shower was dirty, living room couch had holes in it, then the mold oh the mold and the audacity to charge what they charge to stay in the facility is insane.
