Lovely pub,but...
Pros:

The pub had good meals and atmosphere. The room was very clean with fluffy towels.

Cons:

Although there were many rooms empty, they gave me a room that was furthest from the amenities. Surely, they could have swapped me into something closer! Also, the main air-conditioning unit was right outside my door and kept clicking on and off all night. I would have thought the airconditioning would be switched off once the pub shut for the night?

Pros:

Turned up very late to check in on a Saturday night and the bloke was about as chill as a beer on ice. There was a band playing and the place was in full swing, perfect start to a holiday.

Pros:

Bequemes Bett. Im Aufenthaltsraum Tee, Kaffee, Mikrowelle, Toaster. Gemeinschaftstoiletten getrennt nach D/H.

Cons:

Die Sanitäranlagen haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Gelegentlich darf man auch mal in einen neuen WC Sitz investieren. Zimmer sehr spartanisch aber für den Preis ok.

Pros:

We loved staying in Stroud. Beautiful country town and Everyone is very friendly and the food was excellent. We Played pool and enjoyed happy hour.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t great was the bed was really uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well.

You get what you pay for but this place is not for me again
Pros:

The beers in the pub were cold

Cons:

The room had no air-conditioning and when the sun beamed into the front door and window, the room became very oppressive. I could not turn on the fan because it made a hell of a noise and looked like it was about to fall from the ceiling. To make it worse, there was a functioning air-conditioner on the verandah outside of my room which ran all night making it impossible to sleep.

comfortable pub stay with good food and friendly staff.
Pros:

a typical rural pub-stay. Friendly and helpful staff, room was comfortable but basic, as in bed, wardrobe and dresser. Wifi worked well, the bistro meals were tasty, large portions and fresh. A live band was playing the night I stayed, but there was minimal noise disturbance in the room.

Cons:

there's nothing can be done with the distance to the bathroom for some rooms.

Very comfortable and the description accurate
Pros:

Central location. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Would be good to have had bath mats or a way to wipe the floor in the shower room after using.
