Very convenient for getting around and close access to train station. The front desk team very friendly and courteous.the staff in restaurant were all great and the food was very good.
The area can be a bit sketchy late night .
Modernes Hotel mit gemütlichen Betten
Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen ! Das sorgt zum einen für schlechte Luft und zum anderen für Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Die Fenster waren jeden Morgen feucht beschlagen.
Leider wurde auf den Wunsch zur Zimmerlage in keinster Weise eingangen
The size of the room was decent and the double bed was comfortable. The two large windows helped to bring in enough light and the view was enjoyable. The shower and the toilet were both clean and fit for use. Overall, the hotel room was lovely.
The room was not cleaned when I left, staff did not check the room, even when they claimed that the do not disturb sign was on the door. It was wedging the door open, as a hotel they should have closed the door. Instead they left it open, which shows me that there was no care for their customers and possibly, no one went to check if the room needed to be cleaned. The room was not cleaned for the 2nd day in a roll. It was a stay that started on a high note and ended in a disappointing manner. The room also had a generator like noise that came on at random times, it was so noisy that it was making me jump out of my sleep.
The hotel rooms are of a decent size which is something positive about the hotel.

Nachts sollte man alleine nicht auf die Straße
Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage in New York ist praktisch und das Personal war freundlich.
Der Stornierungsprozess war leider sehr schwierig und unflexibel. Meine Situation wurde nicht berücksichtigt und eine Lösung war kaum möglich. Das war enttäuschend.

The nice and friendly staff is what made us stay otherwize we would have left after the first noisy night
The noise in the rooms - room 1111 noise came through windows as if they were open - Sat night and few other nights was like trying to sleep in a nightclub due to event on 12th floor - initial room on 2nd floor sounded like being on an engine boat with the heating ventilation coming on and off - room 1111 there was no ventilation at all, thermostat was destroyed hanging loose from the wall by electric wires - was suffocating- not 1 proper sitting chair in ADA suite - soaps totally inaccessible for a wheelchair user and impossible to push out.- neighborhood is terrible and unsafe at night
The staff is wonderful. Room was very clean.Very convenient location, close to subway.
No hot water our first day. No in room coffee. Coffee available for purchase in lobby (very good coffee). Saturday we were out all day, returning at 3pm but room had not yet been serviced by housekeeping.
