I personally loved how the staff made me feel welcomed with them going through a lotta chaos going on with an event that they had through the restaurant. For me, even the parking was a hassle before I even checked in, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by Larry and Kareem and they went above and beyond for me the whole night I truly thank them for going above and beyond while they were dealing with a lot bc of the event

Cons:

Personally, I just feel like that event was too much for that spot , I came from Long Island to relax and to have a good time, but there was a lot of chaos within the event whoever organized it organized the terrible and I hope that they can figure it out because they are really making the hotel staff work more oh yeah and the music didn’t stop till 12:46 ( I know bc I stayed up )

Not recommended; only the reception service was good.
Pros:

The guys at the front desk provide excellent service. They do a great job.

Cons:

They need to change the way they welcome guests and improve parking coordination so that one can unload in the designated area and handle the check-in process right at the hotel; doing it the way they currently have it set up was very tedious. The service at the bar—formerly known as Jalao—was terrible. The young woman was rude and impolite, and the service was awful; she had the air conditioning turned off and showed absolutely no interest in ensuring our comfort or making us feel at home—that was the worst part.

We had a great weekend experience.
Pros:

I loved everything about the property. The staff was amazing.

Cons:

I didn’t like that checkin was at 3pm and I arrived at 4pm the room was still not ready. While I understand it was a busy weekend in the city that was okay. The TV and Bluetooth in the room were not working. Called front desk they sent someone up that could not fix the issue and just apologized. Needles to say we checked out by 7am. Everything else was superb. I love the restaurant, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The location was great for very close to the event. My suggestion is please check all TV, Bluetooth are working to make the experience a remarkable.

Enjoyed the stay except for the Air conditioning
Pros:

Staff excellent, Food good, Useful snacks in the reception area (although water very expensive), Energy saving lights in the room

Cons:

The air conditioning system was awful. There was no consistence temperature. I set it to 21 degrees. However the air conditioning was continually making a noise and fluctuating from hot to cold. This included during the night. There was only a bar stool to sit on, which I moved and placed next to the sink to avoid the icy blasts then hot blasts from the air conditioning. It needs sorting out.
