La struttura si trova direttamente su una strada animata e vicino ai mezzi di trasporto, ma è sorprendentemente tranquilla. L’accoglienza è stata perfetta: il personale si prende davvero il tempo di spiegare il funzionamento della struttura e di mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio.
Un dettaglio molto originale e piacevole è la possibilità, facoltativa, di scrivere una cartolina al proprio “io del futuro”, che l’albergo rispedirà anni dopo, per scoprire se i propri sogni si sono realizzati. Questa attenzione genuina dona personalità, simpatia e convivialità all’albergo, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Very clean, well located, lovely staff
Room would be fine for one person for a couple of days but didn't work for us. No wardrobe just an inadequate rail, almost no drawer space. We couldn't unpack and had to live out of our suitcases which were on the floor. Hotel photos are exaggerated.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. Our luggage and personal belongings were searched through inside our room without authorization. Some food items went missing, and several luxury cosmetic products were used and ruined. The hotel management completely ignored our complaints and refused to offer any resolution or compensation. Definitely do not recommend.
