Central yet quiet - everything of good standard and staff very helpful
It was all very good
Breakfast was simple but nice sweet treats etc - personally would rather eat out and can get better meals for same price.
However great location, staff super friendly and helpful, good size comfortable room.
Only issue I had was occasional smell of drains in the bathroom
L’excellent emplacement, dans une rue piétonne très commerçante et sûre. Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La chambre, super propre, très calme (dernier étage et vue sur cour), avec des rideaux occultants efficaces. Un petit déjeuner offrant un choix varié et chaque jour différentes spécialités locales. Proximité de toutes les activités principales de Porto (à pied ou en métro).
Rien et pourtant nous sommes assez pénibles… On pourrait pinailler et demander un plus grand choix de sachets de thé et tisane.
The room lighting, beds, bathroom fantastic with strong shower head...The breakfast was wonderful...so many choices, hot and cold, plentiful drinks, coffee machine very cool, service and presentation of foods, dining room very pretty and pleasant, good lighting... the desk staff especially Catarina and Sophia were kind and helpful... also a young man on the night shift, William? Thank you for letting us leave our luggage there also after check out but before we headed to the airport...so convenient

Nära till sevärdheter , bra rum fast jag hade uppfattat att balkongen skulle vara större.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent; right off the main tourist area but not in it. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The hotel is small in a good way.
The bed was not very soft. The room was a bit tight.

Todo. La ubicación, la limpieza, el confort, el costo, el trato del personal, el ambiente y atmósfera del hotel y la habitación. Sin duda volvería a quedarme en este lugar y lo recomiendo. Congruencia en calidad y precio.
