Nice modern hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great area with easy access to all area sites. And the hotel was very active with locals and visitors. Also, the restaurant served an excellent dinner and the staff was quite friendly.

Cons:

Since I don't meet any of Hilton's customer levels, the room actually was charging $3 for the bottle of water in the room. Seems a little excessive but we avoided it.

Highly overvalued for what it was.

Cons:

Front desk was grumpy and complained when we arrived at almost midnight exhausted I had to go knock on the door while they were apparently rearranging the office, they were not the most welcoming.
When i went to the bar to get coffee I was reminded more than once of how good their coffee was and that it was "free" for me since i was a guest. Sorry, but at $236 for a mid range hotel that i was in for less than 8 hours, that ain't free coffee. So that whole experience just felt insulting and performative.

Good hotel and a nice quiet town but expect to pay a lot to stay there.

Nice property in a good location. Convenient enough for Dulles. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and staff were very nice.
