I am very satisfied
Pros:

This is our second visit to this property, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great location, close to bus and tram stops and grocery stores. Clean, quiet, and great communication with the staff – even if I complained a bit ;) We love coming to you.

Enjoyable, secure and comfortable!
Pros:

Really good security access! Felt so safe as a young woman travelling. Would definitely recommend! Only a short walk to the city! Busy but quiet street, a safe feeling to it!

La chambre était très propre et confortable.
L'entrée autonome se passe très bien, tout est bien expliqué clairement en amont.

Situé juste en face d'un supermarché et à 2min du tram (pratique si vous arrivez de l'aéroport)

Cons:

On entend bien les voisins des chambres voisines mais il n’y a pas énormément de chambre donc si votre voisin ne met pas de musique, ça devrait bien se passer.

Consistently clean and quiet.
Pros:

Stayed here three times now. It's a great location just a minute on foot from the nearest bus and tram stops and the city centre is only a 15-20 minute walk.

The rooms are always very clean, quiet and the beds comfortable. Even the smallest rooms are well equipped.

Although there are no staff on site, entry instructions are very clear and the building is well secured.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like it, but just be aware the shower cubicle is quite small in room 5.

Nice location, funky room, too warm.
Pros:

Funky room,lots of space. Well stocked with tea, coffee etc. Well presented

Cons:

Middle door to enter property didn't lock so a bit of a security risk. Room was roasting. Knows on the radiators we're broken so we couldn't turn them down.
