Great location and comfort.
Pros:

Shared bathroom was fine. Only shared with one other room. Quiet and peaceful even though close to a busy street. Great location for bus and tram services.

Cons:

No air conditioning like the listing said but a decent fan. The blinds let a lot of light in. Needs blackout curtains.

Clean, spacious no-frills accommodation near Edinburgh centre
Pros:

Handy location 1O min walk from centre.
Good sized room, comfortable bed and nice little coffee machine. Clean, albeit shared bathroom. Looks like room and bathroom quite recently updated. Nice lighting.

Cons:

The door entry code system bit of a faff and they were bleating 'low battery' so took a while to get in. Scalding hot water in shower if dial turned just a small fraction.

Great property
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfy, including the shared bathroom. Tea/coffee station and mini fridge were very handy. Towels, handsoap and shampoo available too. Same as any other hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Self check in/out was very quick. And fabulous location with busses/trams available. There are loads of shops, cafes and pubs on the street as well!

Cons:

I would add a small microwave, so that quests could heat up their own breakfast. Also some basic cutlery would be handy too. We had few early start excursions which meant breakfast in the bedroom was a must.

Alt i alt god valuta for pengene og veldig rolig.
Pros:

Enkel innsjekk, rent, sentralt. Veldig hyggelig å spise frokost om morgenen på hjørnet nedenfor (Word of mouth)

Cons:

Kunne gjerne vært noen ekstra håndkler når vi var så mange netter.
