An absolutely wonderful stay with fantastic, welcoming hosts and a perfect, cozy room!!!!!

Mi estancia fue maravillosa desde mi llegada hasta mi partida. Al llegar al hotel, el personal de recepción fue muy profesional y amable, tambien debo mencionar que el personal de limpieza fue muy profecional y amable; mantuvieron mi habitacion impecable todos los días de mi estancia. Debo decir que cuando regrese a Puerto Rico, Royal Delonix será mi primera opción, sin duda alguna.

My stay was wonderful from the moment I arrived until I left. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very professional and friendly, I must also mention that the cleaning staff were very professional and friendly; they kept my room spotless every day of my stay. I must say when I return to Puerto Rico, Royal Delonix will be my first choice, 100/100.

Muy bueno y agradable el lugar, muy buena la ubicación con una bonita vista del área urbana y de las montañas que lo rodean. El personal del hotel muy atento y agradable. El área bastante tranquila y segura.

Cons:

Considero que deben mejorar el servicio de lavandería en cuanto a manejo y limpieza de ropa de baño.
