Atterrissage à Montréal pour road trip familial au Québec : point de chute parfait !

Spectacular hotel! Spotless, quiet , and spacious rooms, with free nespresso coffee. Delicious dinner and brunch at the hotel restaurant, the price reflects the high quality. Service and staff impeccable. The gym is well equipped for a hotel, and the views from the rooftop pool are beautiful. Nothing was missed overall. I will be back again!

Loved the room and the view. Food at the restaurant was excellent quality but there was a mistake with our breakfast order, and it took a while to resolve. the staff was nice and accomodating, but a bit slow to resolve the breakfast order issue. despite this concern me and my family really did enjoy our stay.

Perfect for families
Pros:

The kids and grandparents loved the pool! The walk to Old Town was perfect. Your staff is truly incredible.

The directions were a bit unclear; quick fixes were found, however.

Not a pleasent stay. Had issues with the breakfast. They never provided us the breakfast voucher that we had, didn't tell us what time their breakfast was open until. Checked on their website and it said 2opm, we came down at 12 and they said it was closed. Said we could still have and it was half ass, cold eggs and potatoes. When I asked if I could have a omelette, the guy at the breakfast bar rudely told me it was closed. The guy didn't even serve us water until the end. Food was terrible. Found a concealer stain on my towel when I got to the bathroom. can't trust the linens and towels. After all that, they had the audacity to still charge me for parking. Wouldn't stay here again.

Overall, a very good hotel, but a couple of things to be aware of.
Pros:

The location was very good and quiet. The beds were comfortable and I like the walk-in shower. Breakfast was fine but other cafes in the area had more opitons.

Cons:

This was a very large hotel and there were several weddings during our stay. For such a very large hotel, there were only two elevators! They were often crowded and there were long waits. There were stairs, but when you reached the floor you were trying to get to, the access door was locked, thus the elevators were the only option to reach your floor. While the rooms were quiet, if you had a room with a connecting door, there is no soundproofing at the door, and if the people in that room were loud, you could hear everything. Would recommend asking to be placed in a room without an adjoining door.
