A great stay with a perfect location, clean modern rooms, and excellent service, with the only downside being weak Wi-Fi
Pros:

Great location and a very comfortable stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was excellent. Service was also very good both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection in room 735 was quite weak. The signal strength and speed were not good enough to stream video without constant buffering. Because of this one issue I probably would not stay at that property again.

Emplacement au vieux centre. Propreté. Facile pour stationner.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. Il faut même payer un supplément pour un café au lait alors que le petit déjeuner est annoncé comme inclus. Viennoiseries industrielles, limitées à un croissant ou un pain au chocolat, et jus d’orange bas de gamme… bref, assez décevant sur ce point.

L’établissement fait davantage penser à un hôtel business : décoration moderne mais sans saveur, ambiance assez impersonnelle.

Cela dit, au vu du prix global de la nuitée, le rapport qualité-prix reste correct.

It was Alright. Would most likely not go back, nothing to write home about.

Nice room and great view, very clean.

Cons:

Restaurant is a no-go. The decor sucks, we wanted to try a nice quiet dinner but turned around when we saw there was a DJ playing music like it was midnight from 6 to 8pm....completely absurd. The breakfast was very average and made us glad we didn't do dinner.
The 14-floor lounge and restaurant was closed for the whole season, yet it was a selling point when choosing this hotel, so definitely felt like lost value and false advertisement. One of the elevators didn't function properly throughout the whole stay, buttons wouldnt press or elevator would stay at a standstill.

Spectacular hotel! Spotless, quiet , and spacious rooms, with free nespresso coffee. Delicious dinner and brunch at the hotel restaurant, the price reflects the high quality. Service and staff impeccable. The gym is well equipped for a hotel, and the views from the rooftop pool are beautiful. Nothing was missed overall. I will be back again!

Loved the room and the view. Food at the restaurant was excellent quality but there was a mistake with our breakfast order, and it took a while to resolve. the staff was nice and accomodating, but a bit slow to resolve the breakfast order issue. despite this concern me and my family really did enjoy our stay.

The kids and grandparents loved the pool! The walk to Old Town was perfect. Your staff is truly incredible.
